Cooley could never gauge the market; his strong suit was to build castles that attracted some heavyweights to ITM. Had he been wise, he would have shared power at the top bringing in a genuine MD & FD and move to the Chair. He is greedy, and that blinded him from what was the absolute best for the company. Noddy was a waste of space that did harm, helping Cooley keep the lid on the real world

Just wondering if Linde/ITM are considering JV production units in future. With the recent announcement regarding Western Australia and the fact that they are developing MEP 2.0 together would suggest just that.

Would make sense for both companies with Linde supplying the engineering know how and ITM the technical expertise.

They could also take an interest in the UK and develop another in Germany.



Our product range will continue to develop and Linde announced at its Green Hydrogen webinar in July 2022 the development of a larger system module. This has been jointly designed and will enable five MEP 2.0 stack skids to be integrated into a single module that can be deployed into large projects.

He has to drive past the factory each day .
It’s become a ritual he cannot snap out of.
He thinks that if he drives past the factory each day , that somehow he will recoup those mega losses .
Upon waking following the usual fantasy ITM dreams he has through the night brought on by the hallucinogens he takes to somehow get through life , the only words he lets himself mutter for the first hour of each day are anagrams of ITM .
It’s just another bizarre ritual he cannot snap out of …
This share has warped his mind folks .
