25/11/2016 08:52 | Thought you said 60p? | shanig
25/11/2016 08:41 | in grand scale of events the delay is NOT a matter of weeks you jus lookin at this delay. you gotta add up all the delays this shudda been pumpin first oil in July and that was after bein a year late then oct date given then early nov, then late nov, now early jan you need to look back and see broker note that says if they dont get first oil by nov, then they gonna struggle to catch up on lost rev over last 6 month wot other problems are they not tellin you about? market gotta take this down in 2 stages coz of canadian market open it pause at 82p then go to 70's on late in day when canadian squeeze come | fsawatcher
25/11/2016 08:04 | this'll provide a buying op, IAE is by far the best of the listed north sea bunch..... | deanroberthunt
25/11/2016 07:51 | In the grand scale of events, the delay is a matter of weeks, a statistical irrelevance. the product is in situ, not lost, and is likely to be of greater value once pumping starts. A brexit/ trump like overreaction followed by healthier rebound, higher highs etc. | frenchfry
25/11/2016 07:45 | Shucks delays started, i just hope the electrical contractor didnt have much other work on board, but i guess he did. | squiresquire
25/11/2016 07:39 | this gonna get whacked back down to 60p they not goin to see stella oil in January either they wait till feb and then tell investors that they may as well wait to march and tie into pipeline and avoid disruptions what the point of doin production for 4 weeks and then haltin it all and disconnectin and they hook into pipeline | fsawatcher
25/11/2016 07:38 | Or is this contrived? Perhaps like the previous delays so as to wait for the price of the oil to rise? remember Stella has only about 3 years of oil so not to be wasted when you might be able to go straight for pipeline connection and avoid the more expensive tanker offloading? Is this again Petrofac rather than Ithaca if it is genuine? Do they want to see Opec outcome before starting to pump? If talks fail then this could be a shrewd move No answers myself, just huge disappointment on not seeing 100p! | glitter2
25/11/2016 07:31 | Hope the Petrofac E&I Inspection department get their Gdansk completions bonus taken back. Clowns | kaytom

25/11/2016 07:19 | Presumably Ithaca and Petrofac will look for recompense from the shipyard. | whiskeyinthejar
25/11/2016 07:16 | Polish electricians obviously not as good as their plumbers..... ;-)) | steve73
25/11/2016 07:13 | Construction of a U.K. Project should have been completed in a U.K. Facility. Hope that's not the tip of the iceberg. What a disappointment, but not entirely surprised to be honest. | kaytom
25/11/2016 07:07 | "faults on a number of electrical junction boxes on the vessel's processing facilities have been identified" wtf - why were these not identified before leaving Poland? | lfdkmp
24/11/2016 20:37 | Canadians are taking this higher - looking at 94p+ open in the morning, aided by the IC tip. Only negative is the share price is close to 'over bought' territory and no doubt there will be short termers looking for 10%. tintin | 9tintin
24/11/2016 19:47 | Would you believe it......Ithaca only tipped as a BUY in tomorrow's Investors Chronicle !!! GLA Maybe just maybe....!! | cfccfc1970
24/11/2016 19:41 | from Trend Following. We're a trend follower, we just use price information and volatility to make decisions. The reason why we do that is because we don't think we can predict the future. Further I can't be an expert in every market, in fact I can't be an expert in any of them, so what I have to do is to be able to move faster when I see information that's important. So my way to move faster is to just use the price information that's the aggregation of everyone's expectation. It's no different than what some people describe as breakout systems. The simple heuristic for trading decisions ? No surprise, it's the price. The truth is the less traders involve themselves in complicated analysis, the better off they are. People have a tendency to make it too complex. Trend following is very simple, but nobody believes, especially investors, that something simple can make money. That being said staying exclusively with a simple heuristic such as price is not easy. They become impatient, greedy, lazy, or bored. Many traders simply like to make decisions even if they only suit their short-term needs. >>>>> there is no predictive value in charts, apart from a trend that may end in an area of previous resistance, especially oilers where the major variable is the price of oil. | o1lman
24/11/2016 17:34 | yes, we've been here before and look where the chart went last time ;~) 130-160 would seem like a reasonable target, that's if you believe in charts! | bountyhunter
