Posted at 15/2/2013 16:08 by markt HSB drinker !"Management trying to pull a fast one." agree with you on that.... the law should not allow any director offer imo.....unless after say the directors leave because plan to make an offer..solicit offers from anyone..and then say a min. of say 3 months later before dirs. can make an offer... (otherwise it is in directors interests to hide any good points of a company or portray less -ve than is possible.....in order to get the price as low as possible..... which is contrary to shareholders interests....and law requires them to try to obtain benefit for the general shareholders...not themselves... --- Over at OCH a shareholder action group has formed....to try to protect ourselves against dodgy directors trying to get the co. assets in return for their salaries and MBE a major shareholders has submitted legal claims against the co. and its directors... --- London Markets....bit of a sewer |
Posted at 15/2/2013 10:31 by horndean eagle Talk about a dead bulletin board. Generally how I like it though. Hoping for big things this year from ISH. In liquidation mode the company should be able to sell the assets markedly higher than the 11.5% cap rates the properties are currently valued at. Given how bullish sentiment is at present in markets we could easily see cap rates sub 10%. Indian government giving approval for foreign retailers to enter the Indian market won't do us any harm either. |

Posted at 04/12/2006 08:22 by kishandesai Flash - I meant all/any opinions. Just wondered if anyone else was, or is, thinking of taking a position in ISH. Looks solid to me, and have a good friend involved in Indian real estate, and he speaks highly of the company behind this. Just wondered if anyone else has a take on this stock etc...Never really looked too closely at TRC, but will do so. |
