These were a good set of results confirming that things are on track. The US FDA authorisation is bound to be bit more protracted but this is why the company has US partners. I do feel that because of the approval in Europe the US approval will also be given - I feel that the stock will start to fly in the next 18 months as the market realises the potential. We have an investment which is currently profitable albeit not yet paying a dividend (which I wouldn't expect for a few years)

Very good results. A company that is producing the goods now and still has great potential to do even better.

Can't say that I found much inspiring in today's news. Things are ok, but nothing special.

My main concern is that it looks like the FDA news won't come out in December and perhaps there may be problems :

"In the US, the FDA has issued a Complete Response Letter for Lucassin (US
tradename for Variquel). Our US partners plan to meet with the FDA in the coming
months."

I suspect that it will not be long before FDA news is out. The EU MA'S should provide investors with further confidence. However the fact that iterims were delayed till December (normally out in November) and that FDA news should come in December (based on fast track timetable) strikes me as more than just co-incidence.

What I also like is that ISPH is rapidly developing sizeable non GBP revenue streams. Given the state of UK finances and the potential of sustained sterling weakness, I think this helps to de-risk the shares further.
