25/1/2013 10:24 | I am looking for a break above 2p today | howdlep
25/1/2013 10:22 | premium buy, this could now move very quickly as the free float is very small | howdlep
25/1/2013 10:21 | deadline the 28/1 to get the IPSO Management shares, so expect the share price to rise considerably today and on Monday | howdlep
23/1/2013 19:24 | Will defo get another chance at a quick 75% in the coming month.... slide back to .75.... brilliant | electrick
22/1/2013 13:55 | JoJo_Jo - I suspect it's the end game reverse aquisition PRS are in for, which could result in substantially higher returns, besides, they wouldn't be able to offload much volume although MM's have been happy to take 5-7% worth of equity in sales over the last few days.... | dusseldorf
22/1/2013 13:00 | Remember PRS bought a boatload at a huge discount and can sell them on Feb.1st. I'm interested but will wait a couple of weeks, until early Feb. IMPO/DYOR. | jojo_jo
21/1/2013 10:12 | bought a few more at 1.2p | dusseldorf
18/1/2013 17:01 | The 125k must have been a sell, so around that level. Should be interesting couple of weeks.... | dusseldorf
18/1/2013 15:58 | What's the size D'dorf? | hobo66
18/1/2013 12:31 | Online bid is currently 1.375 though spread is 1.2 - 1.45 | dusseldorf
18/1/2013 09:27 | Thanks for your advice wooster. I guess the recent 200% rise from low to high is a mirage. | mark knopfler
18/1/2013 09:26 | howdlep - I guess the share equity is limited given what you state above (and bearing in mind the new stock has not been issue yet), you have to be 'in' on the record date if you want any part in the soon to be unlisted investments and you get a proportion equivalent to current equity not future, perhaps one of more of the prospects actually has some milage and getting equity shares now is a 'cheap' way of investing or perhaps gaining a controlling stake in IPSO, i.e. buying £1.50 investment for 75p - not discounting the fact you are left with shares in a cash shell. Like I say I have just a toe in something spectacular is not beyond realms of posibility before the record date | dusseldorf
18/1/2013 09:18 | IPS management didn't have the cash to invest into the portfolio. However, the book value is a guide to forthcoming value, once those investments are progressed through trials. For me, the portfolio is as important as the new business model, which is why the pi's have to be holding at the record date. | howdlep
18/1/2013 09:02 | wooster4, o/t if you dont fancy IPS take a look at COMS, which is my biggest holding | howdlep
18/1/2013 09:01 | ZOL are a shareholder in PRS who in turn are shareholders in IPS | 5310carraroe
18/1/2013 08:58 | no reason other than what was in the public domain already. The capital restructure, book value of the portfolio, no debt and a fundraising for the new business. Now look at the market cap of IPS! | howdlep
18/1/2013 08:56 | just poppped here and for some reason knew topinfo would be here - anybody buying this when topinfo shows up and company states yesterday that it knows of no reason for rise deserves everything they get....massive sell off coming! | wooster4
18/1/2013 08:50 | I think this is going to be close to 2.5p by the 28/1. However, I presume any buys have to be settled by the 28/1 and not just bought by 28/1, so pi's have less time to buy than they think. Any one like to confirm that settled statement as being fact? This question also similar to dividend record dates. Either way, a very strong start to the trading today. A lot more to come | howdlep
18/1/2013 00:00 | euclid5, More than just a cash shell, as stated in an earlier post today:- In addition to the fundraising, "following Completion of the Proposals and the waiver of the GBP5 million debt referred to above, IPSO Management will own the IPSO Investment Portfolio (which had a book value of circa GBP1.5 million as at 30(th) April 2012) and have no debt." | howdlep
17/1/2013 17:10 | euclid5 - I guess it's just a shell where two parties control 75% of stock leaving only 25% in free float, some of those I guess tightly held. The question is whether or not they can pull a deal to reverse at a premium to current levels. Am watching now with a small toe in - the likelyhood is given name change and statement about oil and gas that a prospect is already 'in the pipeline'. | dusseldorf
17/1/2013 16:23 | They will still need to raise funding when they find oil & gas investments - so expect dilution especially at the current mkt price & do these BOD's have serious experience of the oil industry - let's face it they are not similar to cove BoD's - so question is should you be backing them even at this low level - as it's just a shell | euclid5 |
