yes indeed, movement will reflect nett buying/selling as we all know. However, with a tiny free float, movements will be rapid and in the case of decent sized buys, often at a premium

Now that the resolutions have been passed this is a great risk/reward opportunity imo and with very little stock available the share price will move very quickly even in thinly traded markets.

IPS if they try veto the resolutions then

"Should the Resolutions not be passed at the General Meeting and/or the Court Order and the Proposals not be implemented, the Company would have insufficient working capital available to it to continue to trade and would need to be refinanced immediately to enable it to continue trading. There can be no assurance that such refinancing would be forthcoming and in these circumstances the Board will be forced to take steps to protect the interests of creditors which may include placing the Company into administration or receivership."

Seems daft really as they end up with nowt that way, rather than something IMO.

One other cash shell - RBD (OLD atg) opened up at 0.30p - now 3p

CWR - great rise indeed - 3dr is at a market cap of £4.5mill. Cash shells seem to be way forward for a few now -

IPS. So what do we reckon? Is it going to be another CWR and 3DR? Whereas company saved by way of subscription at very low price but saved all the same.

CWR was 1p placing and went up 600%.

3DR was 0.08p placing and went up to 0.6p?


So does we reckon IPS can go back up to like 1p maybe? Mkt cap does seem very small given this latest injection of cash and NAV and fact they are diversifying into a more exciting sector?

Major shareholders 3% or more with right whispers
And no cold feet this could take off big style and
I think knows it.

I would guess that the share price will plunge down to .40p on Monday, can't see it recovering until rumours surface about the RTO target, I would hope it is BISON as this company has no toxic debt to worry about so the structure of the deal would be less complex and Nick has aleady informed us that there is news coming from Bison shortly

Just abit of warning but NL did also made an investment into ASTA which is one of the worse companies on AIM so does make the odd mistake, also at the time of writing BRDY is also looking like a basket case although a RTO is expected there at some point

Thanks TSG. Apologies for my curt response earlier :-)

My season of goodwill has been short this year!

There is some value here, but the share price will, initially anyway, move down towards the new placing place, somewhere between 0.5p and 1p I suspect. The results today confirmed that they mainly own a load of rubbish, with one, and maximum two exceptions.

The new management seem more switched on, and overtime we may get back some losses, but my expectations are low, so anything is a bonus.

Someone highlighted earlier that some cash shells do ok, but presumably thats all down to faith in management, and I havnt looked into the new people properly yet.

We will have two companies now one investment
Company with a very switched on major sharholder
Who could make us alot of
dosh and the other
Company who will sell off therakind ect and we
Will receive as I see it special dividends.
If bison is the reverse takeover target for the new
Company then it will go well all in all we still
Have a chance to recoup losses.

Results are out now. Having written these off to zero in my portfolio, I dont see that changing frankly.

Right idea for a business, wrong time and environment to make it work.

Yes lousy deal at the price which has been settled on but what else could they do with their backs against the wall, at least this way prevents fire sale of your investments. O&G play will probably be in USA, poss a company called BISON ENERGY RTO into here, Nick Lee has taken a position in it, involved in fracking sands
