Winter approaching now in SA,so things might heat up a little here,or maybe not,time will tell.

Higher demand for power during the cold SA winters,best time to neg top dollar for de turbines.

Coldest month is July so May June sale confirmation,highly likely.

At least,SB &TC can't scupper the ongoing deal,I'll take stage payments,or some kind of brokered deal other than outright payment.

Majority of corps use accrual when accounting so the final figures are already known/reconciled,ready to be posted.
The sale of the turbines will have a marked effect on the finals,so to maximize cash position for tax/debt position,the sale of the turbines will not be included in the finals.

So as soon as the finals have been reconciled,the announcement regarding the sale of the turbines can be confirmed,as we know from the latest RNS regarding the sale of the turbines stated,negotiations were ongoing.

Buying in May,these won't go away.

Looks to me Standard bank scuppered the Iris deal for $31m,Iris may have been holding out for a cheaper deal.
Now that Standard bank have been paid off,Bluestone have no say in negotiations.

This leaves IPSA free to negotiate the asking price with the ongoing client(TBA).

Would anticipate an update regarding the turbine sale in June along with finals,could be sooner,not worth being out of just in case.

Target 12-15p.
