Update re Sale of Turbines

IPSA Group PLC (AIM:IPSA), the developer, owner and operator of power generation capacity in southern Africa, advises shareholders that the sale of the two turbines to Iris Eco Power Sdn BHD ("Iris") announced on 15 October 2012, and originally due to complete in November 2012, has now been abandoned. Iris did not complete the purchase by 28th February, as required by the IPSA Board.

While this is disappointing, negotiations are now taking place with another party willing to acquire the turbines for the same US$31 million price agreed with Iris. A further announcement will be made as and when appropriate.

The board continues discussions with other parties who have expressed interest in acquiring the turbines.

Perfect chart for another big bounce IPSA. News soon on new buyer/s for turbines and they have already said at same price as previous buyer which means they will be getting more money for them as they have just kept the previous deposit from IRIS of $3.4 million. Very cheap back down here and moves quick on any volume as you know.

Something really strange here. Correct if I am wrong but this is the second purchaser that has not bothered completing after paying the deposit. Last deposit was 3 million dollars. Can someone tell me if they think that IPSA has kept these deposits? If so, has someone checked with the company?

anyway, have a look at RRR - news in early March - check RNS

greenland deal worth 13m at least
RRR shares of 60,200,832 in JMS today @ A$0.105 cents is worth £4.27 million
total = 13+4.3 = 17.3m

still have gold mine in colombia, kenya


and yet RRR current market cap only 11m??
