Result of Second General Meeting

and

Cancellation

The Board of Iona announces that at the Second General Meeting held earlier today, the resolution to approve the voluntary winding-up of the Company and appointment of the Liquidators as set out in the Circular to Shareholders dated 19 October 2016 was duly passed. Accordingly, the Company has now been placed into members' voluntary liquidation and James Eldridge and Jeremy Willmont of Moore Stephens LLP have been appointed as joint liquidators.

Suspension of the Company's Shares took place at 7.30am on 14 November 2016 and the Cancellation of the listing of the Company's Shares on the Official List will take place from the commencement of trading on 2 December 2016.

Unless the context otherwise requires, defined terms in this announcement shall have the meanings given to them in the Circular.
