13/4/2005 16:32 | positive activity....what looks like a 1.4m sell today has had no effect on the share price ..a 500k purchase has ticked it up slightly this afternoon.....add that to the directors purchase yesterday and this, for me instills a lot of confidence in an outstanding product. | mard1
13/4/2005 12:58 | Thanks thewass and neddo, i've since found out that there are 2 types of share in issue and I must have been trying to buy the wrong ones. One is trading at 23p and can only be held in cert form - NVUK, the other at 26p which can be held in nominee account - NVU. The other thread (NVU) has info that the 2 types will become one but the target date was March 2005. | blueyonder
13/4/2005 12:48 | blue tdwater , no problem | neddo
13/4/2005 12:16 | Erik - I totally agree. I love quiet threads, no annoying rampers looking for a quick buck and posting endless drivel. But this isn't the kind of share that attracts that sort of crowd. | mad4it
13/4/2005 11:46 | Blueyonder I hold mine in a nominee account, with Hoodless Brennan! Although I do recall that they have two types of share, which will become one in time. Hope this helps. | thewass
13/4/2005 11:37 | Barclays have informed me that I can not buy these in a nominee account. Can anyone else confirm this. | blueyonder
13/4/2005 11:18 | ...and long may it remain so! Let's just keep our heads down while the co. thrives and the share price rises gently without the volatility the day traders bring. Erik | bludax
13/4/2005 10:43 | Incredibly quiet thread, for a share that's done so well and produced excellent results and a great statement going forward. | mad4it
13/4/2005 10:34 | Yes mate. They look to be a little gem. I'm in for the long term. | mad4it
13/4/2005 09:43 | Hi mad4IT :o) You in these? Like the company a lot... | nurdin
13/4/2005 09:38 | Morning, nurdin. ;) | mad4it

("the Company") 13 April 2005 DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING The Company has been notified that on 12 April 2005 Mr Jon Halestrap, a Director of the Company, purchase 48,750 common shares of nil par value (restricted) ("Shares") at 20.5p per Share. 13/4/2005 08:16 | I like this statement: "We have made a number of key developments during the year: we launched our new branding and achieved an initial sale of our IPE in its beta format, continued to improve our sales channel both in quantity and quality and also strengthened our sales and marketing team throughout the year. The demand for our products continues to be very robust and we are still only scratching the surface of the SME market." | nurdin
12/4/2005 18:11 | That's true but in a way I would rather see huge debts being used to fund marketing and high growth rates. It does appear that they think they can get the growth with their existing resources. s | satmar
12/4/2005 17:36 | Let's hope so! the bit I especially like in the results is this little one-liner tucked away just above where they say there is no dividend: "The Group is virtually debt free and therefore effectively ungeared as at 31 January 2005." that kind of thing gives me a nice warm feeling. | kingsize
12/4/2005 17:34 | I think that one explanation is that people have made such good gains in such a short time thet want to "lock in" those gains. They assume they can buy back cheaper in a few days. It is certainly interesting that the market makers take a view that they are happy to take on ths stock at these prices. They believe it's set for much more. I think 33p may be conservative! s | satmar
12/4/2005 17:26 | According to trading data there were some 250k buys and 2.5m sales, yet the price went up 3.5p. What sort of conspiracy theory covers this? Are we due some large delayed buys coming through in the next few days? Erik | bludax
12/4/2005 14:55 | This co. has given me a twelve month increase of 80% to 18.25p. A similar percentage rise to April 06 would give 33p, and given the confidence in the results statement I believe such a target is not unrealistic; so I continue to hold for that. DYOR Erik | bludax
12/4/2005 11:30 | INVU at the moment keeps on crashing at Universal, but the stock seems to be doing well. :) V | vig009
12/4/2005 10:50 | Hardly any interest in this stock which is mighty surprising.Currently trading on a multiple of something like 11-12 for this year with huge potential going forward.Have a look at the results and the forward statement... | nurdin
05/4/2005 10:28 | I just love this company! They have already anounced that results will be in line with City expectations. Just hope there is something positive from the Panasonic deal that will get the share price ticking up again. | thewass
01/4/2005 16:21 | Results are due in just over a week.....anybody care to throw any light on what they think will happen to the sp? | mard1
16/2/2005 08:26 | Well the results are in line and a reseller deal with Panasonic(Holland). great start to the year! | tobie_1
11/1/2005 15:05 | How come nobody is writing on this BB?...Is this share a lame duck?! | sunshine57
16/12/2004 10:10 | Let's hope this share (and this board) continue to avoid the day traders. A similar 80% rise next year will do me just fine, without all the hype that the traders bring. They can join when we get up to £1+ and I am ready to sell some! Erik | bludax |
