INVU see mkt cap. I believe Major shareholders and PIs voting against will not allow company to get 75% of votes it needs. And look at this and then check out mkt cap.

-- Net cash (cash net of borrowings) GBP1.2m (H1 2013: GBP0.6m)

Chief Executive's Statement

Financial Performance

I am pleased to report revenue growth together with improved profitability and cash flow.

The revenue growth, up by 6.5% to GBP1.36m, arises from a growth in software and related services revenue which in a large part is due to our invoice processing offering which was initially launched in April 2012.

The profit improvement, net profit up by 269% to GBP0.133m, arises from the revenue growth and continued improvements in the quality of the business.

The cash flow improvement results from the combination of improved adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, amortisation, share option expenses and exceptional costs) of GBP0.18m, (compared to GBP0.11m in H1 2013), and working capital cash generation of GBP0.36m.

Not me....not keen on owning anything unlisted....cant then sell it to buy anything else...

and I think the A shares owners....the chairman !!..hold all the cards

in their interests that the A shares holders will win...which infers that the ord. shareholders will.....?

you guessed it, lose !

----

lots of cos. out there to invest in....
no need to play with cos. with A shares....and that wants to de-list cause it dont like the cost !...not enticing to buy imo...

...looks like he is desperate to drum up some buyers....perhaps so he can get out...

if he owns a de-listed share....he wont make any % gain on the share price ...since it wont have any share price !....and there will be no posts, since not a listed co.

so, imo Topinfo and an un-listed co. just dont go together...
----

yep, Ive seen him and others ramp shares on other msg. brds.....and a week later they are gone and ramping something different.....ie. he has to be able to move his money from ramp 1 to ramp 2...and try to flip his money with a gain each time
...if you succeed then I guess it could work, but risk is that the only person winning is the MM with his spread.

Wasting your time with topinfo, he can never reach to his keypad and admit he has made a mistake or lied about figures, instead he carries on ramping and tries to suck a few in so he can dump for a profit.

INVU look at facts and cash position. This will go on a big run north between now and meeting. Even at worse case scenario it gets enough votes and de-lists there will be a very good few trades in this short term. Cash is 0.77p per share and then you have the business in for nowt. Might even get a T/O offer too or MBO.

INVU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

dont forget the 350M A shares.....that qualify for dividends etc same as normal shares...just they have no vote in normal AGM meetings (I assume that for some subjects they would have a vote, if they have a vote for the de-listing, then its a done deal imo)

as it says in the accounts

giving approx. 500M shares in total

dissapointing imo that the co. website is ...well, intentionally wrong or misleading, ....the 350M A shares are not mentioned on website but are in the accounts....

but hey, its AIM.....ie. corrupt market, lots of fraudulent directors (some good ones) and no regulation and no rules.....so what can you expect !!

AIM is owned by LSE and hence by brokers, not by the Govt., brokers want companies to be listed in London, brokers get a cut of all the action......hence no regulation !...they want overseas cos. to list in London

so Topinfos posts and numbers are....a load of rubbish imho...what a surprise, we all believed him, didnt we ;-)

Interesting that 15 minutes ago TVZ announces it's insolvent yet Topinfo uses
the stock to boast about imaginary winners, by the way topinfo has already sold
these now, no mention for a few hours he is out.
