22/6/2014 09:16 | Re: poss Suspension... it's just a fault on the ADVFN charts The volume is bizarre.... over 22 million shares in the UT, I wonder what that is all about. edit: Could it have anything to do with entering the FTSE100? | eipgam

06/6/2014 14:50 | 'tis a bit strange... unless the deal for Uxbridge was put together relatively quickly. I wonder what the rental yield on that particular centre is.... ie could the trick be repeated with another pension fund looking for a long term steady return? and looking at the share price action, I wonder if we are having a rerating. Nothing proves asset value like cash does.... and a sale at 2% over book certainly proves that the book valuations are not fanciful. | eipgam
06/6/2014 13:22 | Interesting news. Sounds like they've worked out a way of getting cash out of the portfolio. Not sure why they needed the discounted placing then? Especially at the three year low? | zcaprd7

01/5/2014 13:32 | So we now own 2 new centres and 50% of Merry Hill (I remember working on the opening events for that centre way back in the early eighties). I see that have reiterated that the 8th May IMS will cover the period up to the 8th May! What good news could be in it? Higher footfall, perhaps increased tenancy rates (like Hammerson announced?). There is certainly room for improvement at Eldon Square in Newcastle. Maybe the new purchase in Spain will please? | eipgam
01/5/2014 13:12 | Think the whole bod took part. What money some pleasant news in the ims? | zcaprd7

I think they refer to the holdings of the Chairman... but did he partake in the rights issue or not? Can anyone help? | eipgam |
