21/12/2010 10:24 | jeffian - E-mail report sent by 'Digital Look'. | jhe
21/12/2010 09:18 | From Digital Look report today. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Shares in Healthcare Locums have tumbled by more than a third since the end of September on understandable fears that this provider of anything from brain surgeons to specialist nurses will be hit badly by public spending cuts. The company has been trying to diversify abroad and has operations in America, Canada, Australia and the Middle East. About 30% of total earnings will now come from Australia and the proportion coming from the NHS will be a quarter. With the shares on less than six times' this year's earnings, that fall looks a little overdone says the Times. | jhe
18/12/2010 12:36 | Chief Executive Gerard Mestrallet told a press conference in Paris that he doesn't see the so-called gas bubble caused by lower prices and increased supply easing before 2014 or 2015. | miata
18/12/2010 12:28 | the RNS header is "Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons" Are there directors no longer or no longer going to be directors and hence selling up their stake? | jhe
18/12/2010 09:53 | Direstors selling almost 200,000 between them doesn't send out the best of signals. If the price goes up they will have been seen to have timed the sales badly but if the price goes down ...well what will be thought? Seems odd that the three all decided to sell on the same day! | optomistic
17/12/2010 19:57 | "It's a choice" sailing john where have you gleaned this information? | praipus
17/12/2010 19:11 | It's a choice betweem 92p income or an additional 92p capital gain and they will have restrictions on when they can sell such as closed preiods and any other contractual conditions on buying/selling company stock. My IPR shares are all sitting in an ISA so makes no difference to me but if not I would be looking to optimise my tax position. SJ | sailing john

17/12/2010 17:00 | Interesting director/pdmr sales announced at the end of the day ! | luminoso
16/12/2010 14:22 | JHE, you me and a million others! LOL | optomistic
16/12/2010 14:12 | Hope so, not a lot to go on other than I am expecting more investors to want a piece of the 92p the closer we get to it going ex-div. That's my plan for exit also. | jhe
16/12/2010 14:08 | JHE, hope you are right, would be a good exit opp. | optomistic
16/12/2010 14:01 | Not sure if we will see a spike, but I am expecting a steady climb up to the 92p ex-div date. | jhe
16/12/2010 12:43 | OK, I'm ready for that 'spike' now! 8-) | jeffian
16/12/2010 11:57 | They are not really bothered about the share price right now, they have lined their nests nicely and have got away with showing very little interest in the small shareholders...could they have done it better? (for themselves) | optomistic
16/12/2010 11:51 | "Closing of the Combination is expected to occur in early 2011." SP falling as a result ? | luminoso
16/12/2010 11:27 | Approved: "International Power General Meeting: Approval of Combination with GDF SUEZ Energy International" | optomistic
15/12/2010 12:18 | Rumours about SSE being taken over too. | praipus
13/12/2010 15:59 | I'd like No.2, please..... ....and then I'm off! 8-) | jeffian
13/12/2010 15:43 | I like to imagine GDF and IPR havent got enough holder's on side to carry the merger through yet so GDF's house broker will have to go mad the day before the meeting to get enough stock/votes. Or they go ahead no problems and the market spike's massively because no one knows how to value a stock about to give a 90p div and 75% increase in assets. Or deals off and the share price drops to £1.80 out of fear. | praipus |
