As the share price moves to a 3 month high ,is the worst behind IRV? Or should we worry that with the FTSE100 near an all time high that the share price will tank again on the next bit of market weakness?

One of IRV's 'KPI's is "visibility of future workload" (currently around £7.6bn). Contracts have to keep coming but news of each one is hardly likely to drive the share price

Interserve, the international support services and construction group, has won a new five-year facilities management contract with Network Rail worth GBP65 million.

Until the new CEO has issued his first market update I will remain on the sidelines.
It has become a well worn practice for the incoming CEO to kitchen sink anything he can find to get the share price as low as possible at the start of his tenure so he gets his options set at an easily attainable level.
