No real idea what happened at 11.00am Dan, but the large trade at 16.35 was indeed the closing auction. As a rough guess, I'd say we had a buyer out there and at 11.00 there was a badly executed BOT Buy programme that dominated the market for about an hour.

All the following is IMHODoes anybody know what happened at 11am today to interserve? I know 11am was 2 minutes silence (I was at Southampton cenotaph)When I looked at my phone around 11:05 I could not believe the rise.Is that large trade at around 16:35 the closing auction? This auction appears to be around 3p above what the trades were just before the auction.

I wondered if today's share price rise had anything to do with Trump's comments on infrastructure spending in the US; doubt it given that total revenues in all of The Americas was £15m out of total revenues of consolidated revenue of £1632m

Well, it looks like it may have found a base around the 325 level.
Tempted to take a stake as I have fond memories of making big money on this stock years ago.

Well I have set a limit order to buy at 305.
Clearly sector sentiment is not great but the divi is very attractive and covered so will be happy if I get my 305 in the next week or so.

Hit chart support at 330, so hopefully the H&S has finally played out. Could we see a bounce from here? If not it will go all the way back to 300.

Well I had a target pric e of 330p so I added today. Not quite sure what the chart is saying now (if anything), but an apparently sustainable 7.4% yield seems a bit rich...

Hmm, I was thinking that the upward momentum was intact but now I'm not so sure.
If it holds at 350 then positive but if not then a drop back towards the 325p line again.
