NAV: 6.18 Euro!!!!! at Dec 2007.
note: pulled in extra 2.2 million bonus EURO from the IT Tower deal(see post 91 - £3mill was pounds)) - as suggested when they sold the block 2004 - good to see genuine optmism justified.
makes pretty good reading. Well done the Directors!
what chance div hike again next year as at very least Belgium Development realises profits.

Surely was marked down too low after miniscule sales - not much wrong with todays figures and don't forget there may be a windfall from extra rent from the belgium building!
price is below recent director buys -
Small enough to be entrepreneurial but big enough to pull in the big money.
Divi hike as well - what more can one ask for!

think the stock is just tightly held with buying after the results. Think they may have gone high enough, if not too far, for now so I don't expect any announcement or new news.

Hi Phil,

No idea I'm afraid, but after the gains of the last couple of days, I would expect an announcement to clarify developments at some point. Not sure what the situation is re: this with AIM companies, but a 10% rise on no news at all seems odd.

Regards

TC

Great results, great report & nice signal from M.Director biggest buys of 10000 at 325 are well up on his previous purchases at 265 - previous buys have been well timed. Aug 2007 sees the possible- or is it probable chance of receiving extra 3 mill on the IT tower deal! Report shows room for optimism. Looks like lots of action to come well underpinned by the shrewd purchases in Germany and Belgium.IMOHO etc.

It certainly looks very cheap on the surface. Very difficult to get much info on though, but Germany where thay have been buying is rock bottom for real estate prices and surely can only appreciate (or the UK decline) because it's hard to see why German prices are sometimes only 20% of our prices, and german rents are so reasonable too.

Planning permission for the flats. The prime site was bought for a song and the value should increase just with the PP and then when they are built and sold
Where are all the Polish, Rumania, Turkish and other new diplomats from the EEC etc going to live as they all come in the market. They will not want to live in B and B's
Its worth reading the last few announcements & reports.
Brussells is well known to them (IRE) as you will see.
Theres no housing price crisis in Brussels!
Cash PLUS great assetts in at book value(I think) and incredibly low overheads.
Good div record as well. Next report will show assetts and possibly unrecognised ones as well as they have done befeore.
The main thing is the shadow/risk of litigation has gone.
We should be able to work out the assetts but I can wait for the proper one now!

PP? whats that?
mrwhits1
20/1/2006

absolutely.

if the litigation had gone wrong we would be looking at 20 million off the assetts at least wiping out entire share capital and that has been hanging over for some 3 years and built in share price well done for your comments early in the game!
The astute buys in Germany - forget all the cr...p about turkey and non entities - these guys know where to buy - and the Brussells site - wait for the announcement with the PP!

have a good weekend!
