Would be nice but hardly matters compared to the 1million share buybacks yet to come. What is sweetest is that the company made it clear the buybacks were to raise the sp, not just maintain it.....so onwards and upwards :)

scottie01....Would have expected an RNS today if it was one of the buybacks. It may pop out tommorow but if not then just a buyer.

Could the 50,000 traded yesterday at 3pm have been a Company buy that they have not RNS'd yet?

bisiboy...we have only had a third of the company share buyback. With a million still to go, that gap could widen :)

scottie...yep, the rise has hardly kicked in yet. Some more company buybacks will get it really motoring.

scottie01...Yep, the pressure of the share buybacks mean its ticking up on small pi trades.Am happy with the steady rise although as you say it likely to start spiking up fast soon.

Looks like first key point is the 190p float price. Its currently very cheap solely on the explosive growth and healthy profits, even without the 1 million share buybacks still to come.

scottie01...yep...Not the busiest of threads but they often produce the best rewards....At this rate and with the 1m of buybacks yet to come, it will likely go a lot higher than 150p...:)
imo

More company buybacks in a few days. Shame they have to wait 5 days after each rise or we could just watch the share price go vertical....:)

Good to see some onboard taking advantage. Its starting to gather a bit of momentum now. With a clear breakout and those keen to sell cleared,we should get a steady run.

I bought earlier – thanks again to siwel - and have a tally of their buy backs to date fwiw.

On Friday 8th December 2006 their share price was 100.5p and shares in issue were 35,604,426
On Monday 11th December the egm gave approval to the buy back of 1,780,221 shares (5%)
Today another 50,000 bought at 115p made a total of 737,420 bought back to date – price now 118p

They have a further 1,042,801 shares to buy back.

Each purchase cannot be more than 5% over the average mid closing price over the preceding 5 business days – so they cannot pay more than 119p tomorrow!!

AND their turnover for 2006 is expected to be $95 to $100 million dollars.
It was $42million in 2005 and $21million in 2004 – so a good growth story too.
