E-mailed Mr H weeks ago, no reply. Company phone numbers not availiable either. Something really needs to be done about Aim listed companies and there directors, there needs to be proper regulation and accountability. Does anyone have details of Regenerative medicine, ie where they're based, contact details ? Perhaps those with substantial losses could persue Mr Hermman that way. I lost alot of money years ago on a company called Atlantic Caspian Resources. Went down the tubes but low an behold a number of directors formed a new venture, Denby Investments and came out smelling of roses. It's a hard way to learn but sure does make you keep tabs on your investments, but not always easy to spot things going pairshaped !

BENGEE - sorry about your loss, but even if you can carry your £32K loss forward, you still loss the money right ? surely that aint OK, it just means you save 18% cgt, so in real terms still like a £26K real loss, i myself am down like £27K this tax year.

My email has been read. The irony is that my internet security software placed the "Read" receipt in my junk mail folder!!!!Happy days.

Hi jotoha2
Thanks for the input, I can see where you are coming from.
I am getting tired now, this past week i've been suffering from this " flu bug " that's been doing the rounds + i'm still suffering from the after effects of the radiotherapy treatment that I have received lately.

I have to admit, I felt confident, that if all the people that had lost their money had contacted the FSA, something more would have been done, unfortunately it looks like only a few of us bothered, and with that in mind I feel a bit let down ! ! !

This next week is going to be a very busy one for me, a complete new central heating system + new bathroom being fitted + the wife wanting to have a wee break in the sunshine sometime in the very near future !

As I have said in my previous posts, if I can carry forward my loss of £32k
for tax reasons, okay ! If not, " hell hath no fury " like a wife being told the holiday is a weekend in the wet, windy, granite City of Aberdeen !!!

Bengee, as you have clearly taken a big hit here, suggest you start a blog which will allow everyone who has also been stung to contribute to this fiasco , then these guys names will become mud and they will find it difficult to prosper , the other thing is did you invest after the Directors painted a rosy picture of future prospects , if so you will be able to take them to court ,once the debt has been proved someone like Wise &co who are pretty tough and will collect for you on a no fee unless win basis , its the only way to make these scum sit up and take note.

Hi arab3

I tried to " GOOGLE " all that, but they've covered their tracks.
The address comes up as Crewe Road, Manchester and that is Intercytex.
