Strange that, as they (the directors) want he company to continue unlisted, so I assume at some point in the future they may get their hands on the assets.

When I say 'sold', I've just given H-L carte blanche to get whatever they can.
I'll be really surprised to see any cash though!
I'll post on here if there is any news.

Hyper Al - Hargreaves Lansdown.

Sounds like they may bulk all together and somehow try to sell off to ???

How they can do this with no perceived normal market route is puzzling.

I've 'sold' mine !

General Meeting tomorrow.

H-L ?

Maybe they are buying, on the assumption that these will resume trading, if the vote goes against the board tomorrow.

Just had my letter from H-L saying I can sell before ICX is delisted from AIM. How can this be done and at what price?

You could sell (if anyone wants them) and still be out of pocket with your broker, so you might as well just forget them, put them in a draw and remind yourself every now and then Its a load of S... he who dares wins.

Not been following since the announcement , but have received letter from H&L.

'If you wish to sell your holding before the proposed listing cancellation you must do so before 4:30pm on 7th Jan 2009.The trade will be placed in accordance with our terms and conditions and subject to the standard Stockbrokers commission rates. You may complete the Sale Election Form below and return it to this office, contact our Dealers,or trade online.
Following the proposed cancellation of addmission, Intercytex Group Ordinary Shares will no longer be quoted on AIM. If you wish to maintain your holding you need take no action. Shareholders should note that following the cancellation you may have difficulty selling this investment at a reasonable price and, in some circumstances, it may be impossible to sell at any price.

Although it is expected that Shareholders will approve the cancellation of admission to AIM of Intercytex Group Shares there is no guarentee that this will occur. If you decide to dispose of your shares you do so at your own risk.

Please note that the shares of clients who return a sale form may be sold as a bulk trade, which will be placed as soon as possible after receipt and the proceeds distributed pro-rata after deduction of the brokerage fees. You should be aware that the effect of aggregation may on some occasions work to a client's disadvantage. Due to the normal market size of trades in this stock it may not be possible to sell tha shares at the quoted price and in some cases it might not be possible to trade ant any price before the proposed cancellation of admission.'

imo if there is anything to retrieve from this unsatisfactory situation, I will go for it.

"Further to my message yesterday, I can confirm that your voting instructions have been actioned."

So that's my vote in.

I hope this backlash hits them hard.

all you who are saying you phoned your nominee broker to register your votes, anybody with HSDL? cause they told me, as i wasn't registered to receive voting forms, and the forms went out already, i am too late because it takes at least 7 working days for the registration to become active and then any further voting forms will be sent out automatically, but too late for this vote as it's on 23 dec
