01/4/2008 09:23 | Last man turn the lights out. | ninjatnut
15/2/2008 10:06 | Just seen TMN's very positive trading update, if you want exposure to this sector I recommend you take a look. | ninjatnut
14/2/2008 10:04 | With their European acquisitions reportedly doing well it is likely they will have to pay the max deferred consideration which was agreed to be 50% in shares - now at the much reduced price. Humm! | ninjatnut
13/2/2008 15:01 | from anchor to wnkr - mr thain that is | evalongoria
08/2/2008 13:34 | Very late in reporting the Morgan Stanley 500k purchase on which they have already lost 40%. It begs the question - why would they buy a small cap, in todays market, that has just issued it's 2nd or 3rd profit warning? I really can't imagine them that stupid. | ninjatnut
06/2/2008 16:23 | ECircle recruits three senior staff from IPT by Alex Donohue. Brand Republic 06-Feb-08, 14:10 LONDON - Digital and direct agency eCircle has made three senior appointments to the agency from IPT, including Barney Willis who will head up the media team at the agency. Willis, who was an associate director at IPT, takes on the role of director of the media agency team at eCircle. He moves across with IPT colleagues Robyn Bauchop, who spent three years at IPT, and has been made senior project manager, and Paul Wells, formerly a senior sales consultant at IPT, who will take on the same role at eCircle. The agency said Willis would be responsible for its lead generation, email list rental, mobile and market research operations. Prior to joining IPT, he held roles at PDV and Experian. Bauchop will oversee media campaigns and team management, account handling and managing customer support processes at eCircle. Paul Wells, will be responsible for driving new business. Volker Wiewer, chief executive officer at eCircle, said: "We've worked hard to build a company of experts that clients are keen to work with. "For me, there is no greater validation of our position in the core UK market than seeing staff come to us from more established, long-standing competitors." The agency launched a lead generation site, brands2win.co.uk last month to provide brands with highly targeted consumer insight. | jimbaggins
04/2/2008 11:22 | OK you're on the same page as me. Long period of consolidation at this price or lower is my best guess. It would take something spectacular to rebuild trust here otherwise for me it's a bit of a dog now. | chiva20
02/2/2008 18:07 | Not a bid - I couldn't see it before the announcement and now it's definitely off, management just need to be honest and say the review is over instead of holding on in some vain hope. What I was half expecting was the company to announce it had bought the 1m shares at 76p in a vain attempt to support the price but it looks like there are other mugs around. | ninjatnut
01/2/2008 14:41 | Ninja what announcement would you expect? Would value your opinion, can't see a bid happening off the back of the trading statement - well not at a premium to todays price anyway. | chiva20
01/2/2008 09:29 | Perhaps it was Jerome. What was interesting about the bid & offer at the close Bluebelle? | chiva20
01/2/2008 08:58 | No I didn't - was it interesting? More late trades reported at 76p, I have a feeling there may be some announcement today. | ninjatnut
31/1/2008 21:02 | Have a feeling that tomorrow's price action will be interesting : did you see the bid & offer prices being quoted at the close ? | bluebelle
31/1/2008 18:09 | 1m trade reported very late 5:15 - Someone is not going to be happy dealing 1m shares at 50% above the closing price. | ninjatnut
31/1/2008 16:59 | Massive reaction on such low volume of only 26,000 shares traded or about £10k by value - SELL | ninjatnut
31/1/2008 16:49 | Quite agree ninja : with both sentiments !!! | bluebelle
31/1/2008 16:48 | Lets stay on topic - SELL | ninjatnut
31/1/2008 15:12 | Bluebelle, REF "To be watched - but, for me, still only watched, with interest "!!! Will this be another "watch" until the share price rises 20% in one day and of course you will post how glad you got in just before take off!!! Oh and of course then when it drops 30% on the way down you will post how lucky you were to just sell out before the turn!!! RATFPML, Same old record, eh? Lisa:) | lisa279
31/1/2008 15:01 | Bluebelle - 15 Jan'08 - 16:16 - 396 of 400 edit The next trading statement will be interesting. If they are back on track to meet earlier forecasts there could be a spectacular rebound, but if there's another profits warning it could be very damaging for the price. Well, we now know which it has turned out to be. Difficult to turn their fortunes round quickly IMHO. As I understand it, the business model depends on a consistently high level of sales and ensuring that any increase in the cost base is proportionately lower than the increase in sales. If I'm interpreting this statement correctly, sales are below budget and costs are up, although things aren't much worse, but no better, than they were at the time of the last announcement on January 15th. Once a company puts out this number of de facto profits warnings so quickly one after the other, it tends to signal some kind of 1. Fund raising : I don't know their current cash position but think that that is highly relevant 2. Change of Senior Management 3. Fire sale or some combination of the three. To be watched - but, for me, still only watched, with interest !!! | bluebelle
31/1/2008 14:38 | 18p target for me | imprima2
31/1/2008 14:20 | I have just read the trading statement - SELL | ninjatnut
16/1/2008 09:40 | Perhaps this elusive buyer is going to come through. Braver man than me to bet on it though. | chiva20
15/1/2008 23:54 | The vast majority of todays vol was traded below the market price at 75p. There are two prices for this share the quoted price and a lower price people actually trade at! BB not sure if I'm reading the EPT correctly but have Canaccord, the companys broker taken a long position in this stock and if so do they know something? I suspect, and it will be interesting to see if Canaccord have picked up another 94k shares today at 75p. | ninjatnut
15/1/2008 16:16 | Could be linked to some of the EPT disclosures listed above. This is certainly a steep drop even allowing for the general market uncertainty. Seems the price may just have been being held up by take over talk and now that that looks less likely no one is quite sure of its true market value. The next trading statement will be interesting. If they are back on track to meet earlier forecasts there could be a spectacular rebound, but if there's another profits warning it could be very damaging for the price. Either way, too much uncertainty for me at the moment. | bluebelle |
