03/8/2007 13:59 | Why does the departure of Heaton not inspire confidence? You make it sound as if he is indispensible! He did not want to relocate to Malta. Clearly not an issue to GCVF. The turnaround has commenced and that is all that matters. Margins rising, cost significantly coming down and IGH meets GCVF investment criteria. Do some research on GCVF. Read some of their successful case studies. Look at what they did with GreatFleet PLC (2.5p to 14p in less than a year). DYOR | multisync 5

03/8/2007 13:19 | emergency funding surely means desperate - surely a measure to stop them going under - at least for a few more months? If you look back they 're having to raise money regularly. Makes you wonder what sort of sustainable basis they have, the departure of heaton (from the tote) a while back doesn't inspire confidence. each to their own.imo DYOR | jawat

03/8/2007 12:56 | IGH raises £400,000 emergency funding The executive chairman of Interactive Gaming Holdings (IGH) has put up a robust defence of his company in the face of allegations in the UK's Racing Post that the company has failed to pay out money owed to customers. A number of reports in the past few weeks have suggested IGH's Premier Bet operation had failed to pay money owed to customers. After the initial story, Thomas Taule told the paper the firm had experienced "processing problems" due in part to the firm's recent move to Malta. However, he said that after this initial contact he had not spoken since to the paper. "I can assure you customers have been paid and are continuing to be paid," he said this morning. Taule was speaking after the company announced it had raised another £400,000 to enable the company to continue trading. The money has come via an exercising of 10 million warrants on the part of General Capital Venture Finance (GCVF) at 2.5p a share raising £250,000. GCVF has also loaned a further £150,000 at an interest rate of 1.25% a month. The shares were trading in early trade at 1.9p. The owner of the Premier Bet and Heathorns betting and gaming brands said it would use the new cash to fund working capital requirements. Said Taule: "This is all part of the restructuring. It is all in line." The future of IGH has been in doubt for months. The company saw its shares suspended by the stock exchange after its last chief executive John Heaton left suddenly in May. The company subsequently moved to Malta and sought the original emergency funding from GCVF. Taule added that the company would be putting together a PR campaign to counter the allegations in the Post and reassure customers. "We are encouraged that the football season is starting soon. We will be giving all our customers our apologies." Taule admitted the firm had suffered through a lack of football over the summer. "We only had a fully fledged racing product for the last six months," he added. "We are very encouraged on the Heathorns brand that is much more horse-racing orientated. We have a full robust product now | shaunoneill29
03/8/2007 12:44 | why do people always wait till it goes up 25-30% then buy.its crazy warrants at 2.5p and in the bank and a drawdown facility excersized and still people dont twig that backers are putting plenty of cash behind this little gem. | 1smart

03/8/2007 12:20 | DONT SHOUT 1SMART ... I have a hangover :) .... you are right last year there was an interim announcement in Mid August.... might be later this year as with funding in place I think they may well go back to the Malta licnece issuers and see if they can now go ahead with their proposed move and announce the whole thing in one go ... important thing now id to re-establish their reputation and restore punter confidence after their 'slow pay' track record ... but deff looking more positive ! | woofy4
03/8/2007 12:07 | YES I THINK SO L2 4V3.RESULTS SOON I BELIEVE.MAYBE THE WARRANT HOLDER,S 2.5P AND GCVF HAVE SEEN THE BOOKS.THIS IS WAY TOO LOW AND NOW THEY HAVE PLENTY CASH IN THE BANK.THE ONLY WAY IS UP FROM HERE NEW HIGHS IF DIRECTOR IS TELLING THE TRUTH.PROFIT AND THIS WILL FLY. | 1smart
