|mike_f: 15 posts in a day without news, blimey! Where have you suddenly sprung from northernstock and why the sudden interest?
It seems all you intend to do is bash Angus Forrest? Intellego has made huge progress over the past year and in the final results just released it has shown they have made a profit for the first time in the companies history. The company made a £1,043,000 loss last year so to go from that to a net profit of any amount is a massive achievement and the BoD should be congratulated on such an impressive turnaround.
I'm not sure what your intentions actually are but the results speak for themselves. The share price is around these levels at the moment as the placing shares have just been brought to the open market. As soon as they are bought up I fully expect the share price to move back to the .4-.5p levels.
I hope that any PI's judge AF and the company on the current achievements they are making and not on previous ventures and the slanderous comments you seem to be throwing around.|
|northernstock: Read the accounts! for what they were worth! They were so good the share price has continued its lack lustre fall and more to come as the last fundraising did nothing to convince the market but just allowed the high ranking officers to pay the salaries. Can't you see the corporate window dressing. If you want a deramp look at the share price performance and weakness the powers that run the show appear to be really impressed do you agree?|
|knowing: As I have said if they had produced all these contracts then the share price would be closer to 2p rather than 0.4p|
|gogoneko: Not really. Depends if this time AF is actually going to deliver on what he forecasts rather than completely failing. Only one contract of significance in recent years - the rest which were promised were just undelivered RNS candy.
Take a look at the header written in '07 and see where it's gone from there - collapsed share price, AF having to put his own funds in for survival, teetering on the edge of bankruptcy with cashflow problems.|
|gogoneko: Good news!
AF has realised that talking about potential in vague RNSs and then failing to deliver isn't going to work any more to lift the share price. It's about time he picked up the slack in the market - good on him.|
|tara7: If this company can make 500k in a full year on a tax free pe of 20 your share price will 10 bag.!!|
|gogoneko: I think that many who target thinly traded AIM stocks and have sufficient resources to cause a stock shortage would be able to claim similar success (if their ego wanted to).
I was drawing investor attention to the fact that on our previous encounter you attempted to justify completely unrealistic share price action derived from a complete lack of understanding of the company, its history, or its future. Furthermore you would not engage in any form of sensible debate as you would claim foolishly that the company's past was not relevant to the future, just as you are trying to do here. Perhaps you are right here whereas in PLE you were clearly wrong.|
|gogoneko: Assuming that H1 trading wasn't distorted by a single order in Sept. (but as tara7 points out it looks like it was - and AF likes to use trading anomalies, e.g. last October's BPP order, to mislead investors on the underlying performance) then with an annualised eps of 0.04p and a share price of 0.4p.... that's a PE of 10 already.|
|gogoneko: Finally they've made a small profit and finally Angus Forrest has realised that his business strategy up to now has failed badly and only through the generosity of others has the company survived.
Based on the current share price I'd say that the company is fully valued at the current market cap and more business and profits are needed to ensure that it can continue to trade profitably ... but Angus Forrest is notoriously good at not delivering on his promises.|
|mike_f: Good to see a little buy of 29k @.4p hopefully we'll see another 1 or 2 followed by a tick up.
Post on iii:
I to have had very recent communication with Angus Forrest and the company is amazed at the current price of the stock, and in their own words.
"the current share price does not reflect the value of the business,"
Its a small cap stock, but its these kind of small plays that can turn very big profits if you time your joining right.
At the moment the valuation put on the company is less than that of latest contract win.
The company is undergoing changes and these should be reflected in a much improved share price soon.
