explorer; sorry for the delay in replying - been away.

Very difficult to project figures here after all the transactions.

I think they are still cash rich though and have a sharper focus on their simpler business plan now.

How much more cash and management time will be required to get both Mobile T and Evoxus washing their respective faces, let alone producing significant returns, is virtually impossible to estimate!

But I still think the management are very capable, with the right contacts, to really get the new ITO performing over the next 12/18 months.

Seems others are latching on too!

Very quiet this morning - 8k sells to 4k buys as at 10.30.

Like explorer I'm trying to figure out forward sales and pretax projections after the recent disposal and acquisition. Company has been significantly downsized over the past 12 months and reorientated into managed services so it is a bit difficult to get a handle on the potential of the restructured business.

hello pj

just taking an initial look at ITO and trying to get my head round prospective numbers for the next 12 months. are you able to give me any guidance on numbers after the recent sales and acquisitions, in particular:

1. how much cash will be left after latest acquisition
2. the turnover you expect for the next twelve months from combined managed services / tornado /latest acquisition
3. likely net profit / loss on next 12 months turnover

etc....???

Chart looking good now for a sustained rise before a massive breakout - see the 5 year picture.

A few souls now believing the unfolding story - gonna be a multi bagger in time.

It does look interesting, and explains why Lower left abruptly.

I look forward to the next mkt update - perhaps March/April pre-close...

Another acquisition; a complementary bolt-on for both ITO and Mobile tornado.

This is a fast moving group now and the market has yet to catch on.

Now confirmed the sale of the distribution division was completed on 29/12.

Good news; plenty of cash in the bank; better margins on remaining sector and less to worry about and easier to focus on profitable growth business for management

The stake in Mobile Tornado is a wild card but could just be a major coup in a year or two.

Strong buy for 2007.

I don't have the report, guys, just the forecast summary. The EPS is expected to be 1.3p 2008 rising to 1.82p 2009. Seem a tad low in my opinion.

25 times the 2008 numbers assuming a full tax charge.

pbracken,

Do you know what that would be in EPS terms?

TIA

PB - thanks for that; could you copy it here, or to me perhaps?

Good to see it recommended - holding tight for now.

Panmure has just issued a BUY note - it is looking for pre-tax £3.5m 2008 and £4m 2009, on turnover of £35m and £40m repsectively.

Once the analysts and stock pickers have digested the figures and worked out the true potential for this very lean and hungry machine, I can see a big jump in share price ahead.

Very strong balance sheet now and will be looking for other acquisitions to streamline and sweat out the assets.

Could be a good time to accumulate some more Mobile T too.

Yes - thats a good price and provides a huge cash war chest now to pick off weaker competitors in their remaining sector.

Bags of scope now for a big pick up in earnings and s/p.

Bargain at anything under a quid.

£41m for Distribution - I'm relieved that it is much higher than analysts had been expecting.

Say ITO has c£40m in cash, which equates to around 28p per share. So, the mkt is valuing Managed Services and ITO's stake in MBT at £20m, or about 14p a share. That's way too cheap.

Yes - ITO parachuted their directors into Mobile Tornado last week; could have much further to go too.

MBT is up 45% today - the 80m share ITO bought for £4m two months ago are worth over £6m today; that's worth 2p on the sp!

philjeans - asuming Distribution is achieving last year's revenues, it will turnover about £190m. Now, it has been loss-making in the past, but Wilkinson was bullish about it being profitable this FY. Let's assume it's on course to make £5m (of the £8.5m forecast), what value would you put on the business?

Surely it's worth 10 pre-tax, or around £50m? If this is a reasonable ball-park figure, then the mkt would be valuing ITO (at the current sp) at about cash - so Managaed Services, the jewl in the crown of the ITO enterprise, would be valued at nothing. MS is worth 35-40p at least, given its profitability and growth prospects.

ITO is definitely due a re-rating.

Edit: analysts are suggesting £30m for Distribution (according to Yorkshire Post). Seems too low in my opinion, though much depends on its current level of profitability.

I'm still amazed this hasn't been walked up by the MMs anyway - directors negotiatating for the sale of a major part of the business!

Have they dropped the price to shake a few out?

Bashful - I wasn't offered a specific number so i would be guessing at the size, but i reiterate that you should not let this put you off buying the stock.
