Sonny,

all good questions. To be honest I don't see Andy and Billy's departure as bad news, lets be honest, they did nothing in 11 years at Intandem.

Plus the films they are selling are very low budget.

I wish them well all the same.

Intandem need to do more than sell films at festivals.

They got three films already:

Again, where does this leave us? Who is/are currently working on film sales at Intandem?

There is also another downside to this because Andy and Billy have also taken their sales connections with them.

Guy has been a major holder for quite some time and it did not change anything, but I agree that it's better to have a major holder as a non exec.

Tim Crowley has been involved with Intandem since 2012 so the same goes for him. He might be well connected but so is Robert and look where that got us.

As far as funding goes, it also shows that they have done very little during the last four months and that they just went through the cash from Cannes 2014, the low budget films and America. I expected some new films after four months... and some kind of an update on what they have been doing all this time.
Creating shareholder value does not seem to be on the agenda, only the issue of equity.

If Andrew and Billy are no longer with the company then that is great news but what about the film sales?

Guy as non exec is v good news for shareholders, since he is a major one and also a v successful entrepreneur.

Cant comment on Tim Crowley, although I believe he is well connected.

I believe Andy and Billy are no longer employees of Intandem,, which is probably the best news by far.

We have always known that they require funding.

I was criticised in some quarters for suggesting this may never return from suspension, and I hoped I was wrong, but months later the situation sadly remains suspended, and you wonder what they can now do in order to re-list?

I agree with the poster above, they SHOULD update shareholders.

Has anyone contacted the company recently?

And if so, what did they say?

Hi Sonny,

Re Megans Game, looks that way.
Re Reagan, Prodicuers have been promising for a long time but never deliver (bit like some serving time directors at Intandem).
One thing is clear, the only way to win is to get on side of good producers.
I don't think news is far away now.

Looks like it was just a promo on Tony and City Fiction. He's still working on film finance.

Today marks our fourth month of suspension.
