Penny,

I'm sure there are reasons but imo most likely they are bad ones.

One reason could be that they simply don't have the cash to attend the AFM.
They had the same problem at Cannes for which they had to raise money to pay for their Cannes trip.

Not going to AFM is a very bad sign because based on the current slate we are missing out on hundreds of thousands of dollars in sales commission, yet costs are still running. Don't know how that can be a good thing...

If Robert is no longer Intandem's CEO then I will probably sell my holding.
The only thing that would keep me invested here would be a high profile CEO with a proven track record of growth and profit and some major news on films, if not, then I'm out.

Can you think of any good reasons why they would not want to sell films at the AFM?

May be there are reasons and not necessarily bad ones.

Some company check websites are now reporting Robert as a CMO (Chief Marketing Officer), which could imply there are MAJOR corporate changes coming.

How are the international sales of the film progressing?

Going really well, we have our international sales agents Manifest Film Sales currently in the UK, and they’ve been blown away by what they’ve seen so far. People are very excited! To see what we have done from concept to reality is exciting for them. And from there we are gearing up for poster art, online content and a theatrical release.

I think we need an update. I don't think it will be long now.

I have subscribed to a pay entertainment website that gives weekly updates on film production.

I have condifence in RM. I have obviously spoken to him recently. I am sure he will look after our interests and build on momentum. We need cash to grow. Those investing now obviosuly have a super opportunity.

I think news will be positive and change the current sentiment.

Penny,

The finance and board shuffle are taking a long time.
Robert better have some good news to report because if it's bad news the price could drop to nominal value or get manipulated to that level quite easily.

Scopia is a low budget film.
It will probably generate around £50/60k in sales commission, barely enough to pay the bills for 1 month.

Killing Hasselhoff has started filming.
Confirmation that we lost the film to Hyde Park Entertainment.

"Eric Gardner will executive produce and Hyde Park International will handle foreign sales".

That film imo would have generated a large commission and some serious press on Intandem as a sales company.

Evil Nature has also been downgraded again from optioned to development unknown.

Looks like the company secretary has also left. Same week as Andrew's resignation.

Manifest changed registered office after Andrew stepped down.
