I subscribed yesterday to a film industry website that announces all new production dates.

It was confirmed today that Phoenix will shoot in October 2014 and Manifest were listed in the notice.

At least it wasnt suspended pending 'the clarification of the Companies financial position', though that situation still seems to be rather fragile!!

I can't say I'm filled with optimism either but one stock that I can think of off the top of my head rose after restructuring while suspended is SAC.

So it is not always the end.

My experience of suspensions of anything i've held has been universally negative. Hopefully this will prove to be an exception, but can't same i'm filled with optimism.

I'm sure it will all come out in the wash, but whatever the reasons, I hope that this situation is clarified quickly and sorted out just as soon as possible. The last thing the Company needs now is a long drawn out affair where the shares remain suspended for a lengthy period of time.

I don't see your point PSM whether or not he has left the company by resigning as director it has meant suspension for us which is hardly in our best interest and not what I wanted to have happen.

Resignation of AB as director but has he left the company ?
This follows Billy Hurman stepping down as director (but still employee).
It also follows non-exec's stepping down from board.
All since the new strategic relationship with three other top executives.
AND all ahead of AFM and the best film sales slate in the history of Intandem.

A possibility I guess. The costs attached to an AIM listing can be quite significant for a small cap in such a position.

IFM-Take a close look at this, pay attention to options which are at between 1p and 5p. RM Ex Disney is turning this around and I reckon you could see 1p+ short to medium term with the right news.
