29/9/2016 07:25 | Bob Holt recently took on a big job as executive chairman at LAKE to oversee their recovery plan. He is also chairman of Mears so a very busy man. | edale
29/9/2016 07:12 | OK, thanks rivaldo. That is plausible, but still strange why it would be mentioned in the other company's rns but not in this one. I suppose by "planned" INSE mean they had a succession plan in place and perhaps it was just accelerated somewhat by Bob Holt's health condition. | 1gw
29/9/2016 07:02 | Holt's standing down for health reasons only - I saw an RNS from another company yesterday where he also stood down which made this plain (can't remember which). | rivaldo
29/9/2016 07:02 | More in the pot, brewing nicely. | duxy786_2
29/9/2016 06:54 | The acquisition looks good. I'm slightly more puzzled though by the announcement that Bob Holt is stepping down today as chairman. Although it says this is a planned move, he stood for re-election as a director at the fairly recent AGM and it seems curious to me that the anticipated transition was not announced then if was already planned at that time. It also isn't clear from the announcement whether Bob Holt is remaining as a non-exec director - the "wish him well for the future" quote suggests not. | 1gw
29/9/2016 06:14 | Excellent - another earnings-enhancing acquisition for an initial £2.25m and maximum £4.25m, around 50% deferred based on earn-outs: A very good price based on historic £0.7m PBT. I particularly like this, which is somewhat underplayed: "Informed has also prepared itself for the forthcoming deregulation of water in England by implementing systems to support opportunities in Scotland, where water has already been deregulated" | rivaldo
26/9/2016 01:09 | INSE are listed here as fourth cheapest and one of "10 growth stocks that are cheap as chips" on a PEG of just 0.5: Many of the others are on much larger P/E ratings and/or are more cyclical than INSE imho. | rivaldo
23/9/2016 08:54 | Well that was short lived. | whilstev
21/9/2016 08:06 | Resistance has reappeared on L2 at 15p | pj 1
20/9/2016 22:10 | Great to see the new highs. I assume the 114k at 14.25p was a Buy. Onwards and upwards :o)) | rivaldo
20/9/2016 21:19 | Patience is generally measured in years not weeks. I bought my 250k about 16 months ago at c11p. They should be 20p+. I am patient! | the big fella
20/9/2016 18:58 | It's definitely time this share re-rated. Looking back at the 5 year chart it was early 2014 when the share price peaked at 17p. Might have been ahead of itself, but since then I don't believe the management have put a foot wrong and yet over 2 years later we are still at 14p. My biggest holding now having bought a couple of times in August at 12p and 14p post results. New investors - just take a look at the interims out end August. They say the patient investor is rewarded. I've been patient... please can I now be rewarded?! | melody9999
20/9/2016 15:30 | :) I meant the breakout, but if that's the effect of your buying power please buy more! | the big fella
20/9/2016 15:10 | TBF-Yes apologies. I shall buy back in quicker next time! | pj 1
20/9/2016 15:07 | Nice move! | funkmasterp12
20/9/2016 15:03 | About time ! | the big fella

20/9/2016 14:43 | The break is on!!!! | whilstev
19/9/2016 10:05 | New interview with the CEO: | rivaldo
15/9/2016 19:23 | Wow, dusty, that comment is almost exactly the same as you've posted today on the Bezant Resources bulletin board. You really seem to have a handle on things. | alan@bj
15/9/2016 18:29 | Holding out for the break as can see this at 22p+ within weeks. Breaking even atm | duxy786_2
09/9/2016 10:32 | Today's RNS shows that Mark Slater/Slater Investments retain all their holding at 28.83m shares - they've simply gone below 6% due to the recent issue of shares after the exercise of options. People sometimes misinterpret these things (including me) :o)) | rivaldo
08/9/2016 09:53 | serious resistance at 14p, will be fun when it breaks | trier1
05/9/2016 21:49 | With such a positive trading update, we could be about to break through 14p now. | melody9999
05/9/2016 09:38 | Riv - yes, they really should be trading 50% higher. | the big fella |
