Just spoke to Ivan and he confimred my thoughts on the payments. Essentially 2% although 1% will be at what gets taken in the quarter and the rest being 1% of the polices today in 20 installments. I used your 15k x 20 to confirm it was not that. Anyone is free to call him as i am just a name on the internet. But i am back in (should have called prior to selling)

Recurring revenue over 20 installments so lets assume $30m in each installment @ 1% which equates to $6m. An additional 1% is also due which would mean a further $6m so approx £8/9m for the life of the contact. Just on this alone its undervalued but as always this is for the life of the contract and exlcuding anything else.
