04/6/2010 08:35 | todays news on 2nd contract shows 2mill extra t/over (or more) in year; thus up from last yrs 1.19mill to 3.2mill.... but where does all the money go? what effect will it have on bottom line, d'you reckon? | izziebon
16/4/2010 10:51 | well this is more like it...i expect 'igd' and 'tseg' do perform similiarly...they too are bombed out stocks ripe for recovery imo, dyor etc:-) | pre
13/4/2010 22:25 | well nice finish...re-rating on the cards here....nice $2million revenue to be accounted for in year and a further $10 million in future years....be some interesting write ups here imo:-)) | pre
13/4/2010 10:02 | Been in and out of INN over the years. Fantastic contract win this morning. What remains unchanged though is that last year's revenues were just one third of the levels of each of the preceding two years. And they lost £2.5m.... I would also disagree that there has been 'exponential' expansion of the technology and applications - unless I'm missing something on the website. There is great potential - but the market cap is not small, the revenue is low, the loss is significant, the cash burn is high. Lots to be taken on faith. Not disimilar to NXT (NTX)? The advantage I see INN having is production of their own tags.... IMO - not a closed mind on this, almost tempted this morning - happy to be persuaded that I need to reconsider. G. | garth
13/4/2010 09:49 | current sales going through L2 are buys!!! looking at recent daily volumes, there does not appear to be that many shares changing hands and I think there could be a shortage with the MM's. | bill182
13/4/2010 09:12 | I have been watching this company for quite a while, and have bought in this morning on the strength of the contract. Also, I have taken the opportunity to have another look at their website, and their technology and applications are expanding exponentially - well worth a look. The recent placing at 18.00p, plus the directors options at 18.5p IMHO makes todays entry price very attractive. | bill182
13/4/2010 08:41 | well the rns also states that they anticipate direct revenues in excess of $10M over several years....well done to the management here... | pre
13/4/2010 08:22 | I would have to agree.. | bill182
13/4/2010 08:15 | significant contract win with license and devleopment revenue in current financial year over $2m, plus future years revenue to come in too....well re-=rating surely on the cards here imo:-)))) | pre
13/4/2010 08:13 | Re Contract TIDMINN RNS Number : 0739K Innovision Research&Technology PLC 13 April 2010 Innovision Research & Technology plc (the "Company" or "Innovision R&T") Major NFC Contract The Company is pleased to announce that it has signed a significant new contract with another global leading semiconductor corporation for the use of its NFC IP (Intellectual Property) in their range of chips targeted at mobile handsets and other consumer electronic products incorporating connectivity solutions. There will be licence and development services revenue in excess of $2 million in this financial year with further development, licence and royalty flows anticipated in the following years. The Board of Innovision R&T expects this contract to generate direct revenues in excess of $10 million over several years from a combination of licence, development and royalty income. David Wollen, Chief Executive Officer, said: "Winning such a major licence and royalty deal for our NFC IP with such a leading semiconductor corporation at the start of our new fiscal year is tremendously encouraging. There are signs of great activity in the NFC world and this win should secure our IP into a significant proportion of the NFC handsets in years to come. It clearly vindicates our continuing approach of investing strongly now in our leading NFC IP and design capability for the long-term future. "Furthermore it endorses the management's view that we are strengthening our position at a crucial time. In addition to a strong royalty stream based on expected handset shipments it also provides a foundation on which to build our tags and peripherals business for applications that will interact with the phones using NFC."
