Hazelton - I have little to add. Look at the long term chart.
This share has already flattered to deceive in the past. The
last placing was way back at around 100p/share. There are
no doubt a good few stale-bulls on board (I may be one).
So even if there are more rises, each will likely also
have a pull-back. The company needs a continual stream
of bullish news, to get back above £1. The (soon to
be released) results will be a reality check and
all the BB boy-ramper one-liners will have zero
impact on the outcome. Personally, I am hoping
that CSR will one day decide it needs
NFC in-house and buys INN...

Hazelton,

The company has great potential but has still not reached profitability and therefore carries a risk. The shares are prone to swinging around. Look at the graphs for IGP and IGE - similar in that they are low market cap British tech companies yet to reach profitability. All have potentially very great prospects.

I like the stories at IGE, IGP, INN but they all carry risks and are prone to mini speculative bubble-burst-bubble senarios driven by short-termers. The reason is that they are hard to value.

It is for these reasons that I favour SMRT over all of them. The prospects for growth are at least as great as in the other 3, the market cap is smaller, medium term visibility looks good on safe revenue streams and they are already profitable.

As for INN, I would see taking a position now as being a gamble ahead of results - it might pay, it might not. NFC is in the news and this has - as I predicted - become something of a hot share. Could see 90p, could equally see 45p, IMO: 50/50 gamble.

I wish to preserve my capital and so have taken a more cautious investment path.

But DYOR.

Katy , my interest is simply that I dont know a great deal about small shares and would like to know more about the practical dynamics. I consider that I recently lost quite a lot of gain in a share that moved up a lot like this.

Reading this BB I see that you are one of the more serious posters. To me this is a breakout situation but the RNS news has little more than the big collaboration project that really interested me. Your view would be most appreciated by me.

Which I think equates to Cantor Fitzgerald Europe has a 3.03 % holding.

They seem to be buying and selling as this is not the first time they have cut the 3% mark.

On a more general note does anyone know why some RNS notice of holdings are hard to follow and some seem much more plain spoken ?

"wooden5 - 3 Jun'07 - 14:37 - 55 of 58: masurenguy, with all respect..atcg..it was reported in the papers a short while after those posts about a bidder.
these things take time.that is has not happened yet is hardly my problem".

Very strange that I have not seen or heard of any reference in the press about a bidder and I both hold and follow the stock and moderate the thread too. Perhaps you would like to post the link to these press references !

"inn...i did not say i had heard it will double..i posted quite clearly that i intend to hold at least till nov when I expect it to be double...i DO expect it to be double, thats why i bought the bl...dy things".

You posted EXACTLY as follows (#43): 'I will hold until at least November when im assured the price should be double what it is now'.
It is there in black and white for anyone to see, so why try to dispute it !
Assured by whom ?

These look like they might be coming good - but I still believe SMRT to be a better play on the sector. Already profitable and a third of the market cap. DYOR.

masurenguy,
with all respect..atcg..it was reported in the papers a short while after those posts about a bidder.these things take time.that is has not happened yet is hardly my problem
inn...i did not say i had heard it will double..i posted quite clearly that i intend to hold at least till nov when I expect it to be double...i DO expect it to be double, thats why i bought the bl...dy things.i was not going to post anything about the buyers until buzzz did as he clearly heard the same as me.all the evidence so far is that the rumour is true,i am normally very careful about rumours.that is why i waited until 61p on friday before i bought in as the trend seems up, end of story.if folks think over the last 2 weeks the trades indicate that this is going to plummet then they will all probably sell
ps..and as for ramping.90%.of my funds are locked up in hdd...now that is a share i would like to see rocket..have a read on there and see how much "ramping " i do
