I thought this was supposed to move DOWN and then UP.

I've finally realised how charts work - they basically enable you to predict all the correct share price movements ... but not necessarily in the correct order. (Sorry about that Eric)

Nice open, disappointed it didn't continue north - at least we've finally broken through 23p, would have expected nothing less with those results - the question is, will it hold?

The plethora of rather large sells today makes no sense to me, unless the fund managers know something us mere mortals don't and have been whispering in the Wine Bars ... perhaps there is a chartist around who can explain!

For those who don't understand Charting I'll explain how it works:

Step1:
Predict share price movement based on some random sequence of events that occurred
at some random time in the past.

Step2:
State, categorically, exactly what will happen.

Step3:
In the (extremely unlikely) event of your predictions coming to fruition -
goto Step8.

Step4:
Explain exactly what went wrong and why the predictions were inaccurate.

Step5:
Apologise to all concerned.

Step6:
Change your mind.

Step7:
Go to Step1

Step8:
Incessantly bleat about how brilliant Charts are and how only certain
people are clever enough to understand how they work.

Step9:
Repeat how pointless studying current fundamentals is when there are
infallible historical charts to be studied.

Step10:
Go to Step1

Eurozone calming down, Positive news from China, Obama et al sorting out the now infamous Fiscal Cliff, market sentiment improving on all fronts.

The Santa Rally appears to have started early this year - good news indeed on this fine morn.

The fundamentals are all in place - all we need now is some decent results next Wednesday and Christmas may indeed come early.

... and of course there was the Golden Cross 5 months ago (or was it 7)

Nice tick-up after close. Looking strong now following acquisition/contract win news. Huge interest now, high volumes - Major investors positioning themselves ahead of results on December 5th, which, if are as good as expected, we may finally see 23p breached. If they are better than expected, then who knows?

... and of course there was that Golden Cross 9 weeks ago (or was it 12).
