Forgive my ignorance but I am new to these blatant types of scams. Is there nowhere or nobody that we as shareholders can report this illegal activity.
Surely AIM must have some interest in how these companies are run.

Just looked in. I was in and out of these sometime ago now.
There was a lot of optimism then.
Surprised to see the rot so set in now though.
How can they be loosing money running a hotel?
What is their asset value per share?

Russell Stevens name crops up in several AIM disasters. Arent company directors vetted in any way.

I hope this is one of the many AIM companies that gets investigated under the new AIM rules that are due to come into affect. These directors deserve to have their collars felt.

interesting read of the sale...what are the activities in the south west that ino are pursuing?

My reckoning is that Fishmore will be for sale through the back door.

Asking price £675k. which for a potential 26 bedroom hotel with say £200k spent on it assuming some of the major work has already been done at our expense, could be a good investment for someone, sadly not us!
