Pretty disappointing results, did post in the early days regarding my doubts on the Moss Cottage purchase - at least they'll be getting rid soon, question is can they make a profit on it after the money spent on renovations ??

Bozzy - just jumped out of the queue, time to sit & wait to see how successful the 2 sales are I think

Probably not Boz.This is now a very long termer for those with the patience.They have at least put the worst properties up for sale.Once the dust has settled this should be an entry or re-entry point for the future with very little downside

Well in that case nice to know we have at least 2 very knowledgable property "gurus" as investors - Stephen Wicks & Mark Clare. Any further negativity in the shareprice will see me add further

A quick "google" search on Mark Clare comes up with the MD of British Gas ???




only notable "Mark Clare" I can find so far - will continue the hunt though, always interesting to know who's taking a position

Well, assuming that was a 725k buy from the same person, we should see a RNS shortly revealing their identity (it's more than 3% of 21.5m shares).

results due anytime & stock price moves positive without any apparent reason -- a little bit of insider knowledge again perhaps ??

Not complaining though some forward impetus long overdue, hope it's sustainable
