does anyone remember the last time this featured at no. 4 in the hit parade? Looks like I may get my 13p back in a few years.

Just taken another look at the Director's profiles. I've always been a fan of Jack Dee, nice to see him in the position of Chief Exec!!!

Seriously though, we all know how undervalued the company is. It has been that way for much of the 2 years+ I have followed it. I think with the ARX confusion out of the way, the city can now base a valuation solely on the property portfolio and trading therein.

And fingers crossed that will bring rewards in the long term for all us holders.

think it's likely that INO won't have 1.1m after today - would be suprised if they are not selling on the ARX rise after other recent sales at much lower prices - even though INO still have the ARX shares the link between the 2 shareprices has little impact now. Personally hold both, nice to see ARX having well desrved success - waiting for INO to suggest the same !!

Hmm, check out the Aerobox news. Just a reminder that surprises do happen on the stock market!

How many do we have now? 1.1m? Suddenly worth about £30k more.

it could be after the 27th which is when ludlow council meet to ratify the decision on the gypsy camp near fishmore hall.
there is not that much for them to tell us really though, the only missing part is any improvement in trading at the royal oak, we know NAV, we know 2 are for sale id be suprised if they had bought another 1

Slightly wishful thinking, but perhaps they want to announce results and "sale of property" together!

Compares with 9 months T/O £205,097, Gross Profit £117,309.

So an increase in T/O of 29% (pro-rata) and increase in GP of 48% (pro-rata). Therefore improved margin.

From previous annual results...

i think the number of posts on the BB shows that, as you say no point worrying cant do anything about it now. T hose on margin may learn the hard way as we all have..................

Cheers - me and an army of others on LGB thread. I think a few people could be wiped out by this. I am fortunately not one of them but there are a lot of people either publicly or privately sh*tting themselves at present.
