Inmarsat Capital Markets Day 2016

Inmarsat plc will host a presentation for analysts and investors on Friday 7 October 2016.

The event will be held at Inmarsat's offices at 99 City Road, London, EC1Y 1AX.

An optional satellite sector primer is being run by Euroconsult from 08:30 (London time), with the Inmarsat capital markets day presentations commencing at 10:00.

Registration will start from 08:00 for those attending the satellite sector primer and from 09:30 for those wishing to attend just the capital markets day presentations.

The satellite sector primer is being run by Pacome Revillon, CEO of Euroconsult, designed both to bring those new to the sector up to speed, and also to inform more seasoned satellite investors on some current and future trends in the industry.

The capital markets day will include presentations by the CEO and CTO, covering supply and demand in satellite markets and technological evolution and how Inmarsat competes, and presentations by the Presidents of the Maritime and Aviation Business Units who will go into detail on their specific opportunities and challenges.

The event is focused on business strategy and operations and will not include details of recent trading performance. The next financial update will be in our Q3 results which are scheduled to be published on 3 November 2016.

We aim to finish the capital markets day presentations and Q&A at 14:00.

Following the meeting, attendees will be invited to join the management team for a buffet lunch providing a further opportunity for discussion.
