ENGI looks like it was a tech investor a decade ago but has sold all those incurring losses ever since.
Wicks has had his shareholding for over a decade.
I can't see anything other than the appointment of the new CEO that suggests that ENGI is about to suddenly start to motor.
Plus it will be hard to decide which opportunities ENGI can do, surely most should go to INL.
Odd that there's no charge for the use of the INL offices mentioned in the related parties note - same phone number and address and they hold the AGMs at INL's office.

Bearhug2: interesting heads up. Thanks. Maybe cash to come soon from Kingswood but focus seems to be on London serviced apartments.
Almost a private vehicle for wickes/Nish which is great for as long as they stay invested! But if they exit PI's will find out after the event when the share price has dropped!!
If you trust those guys looks worth a punt, but wide spread of course.

The wcs is that the price drops back to pre Offer price should not enough acceptances be garnered. The risk/reward for those holding on for another 20p from here, are playing a chancy game imo.

It more than doubled in price, lol

Thanks BearHug 2 and I had been unaware of this company which I see gets 2 mention in the Related Parry Transaction notes of the A Report.
My first reaction was to be relaxed especially as it is in a different section of the market but my nose twitched when I see the Inland Phone number on the engi RNS’s.
Be good to get clarification at the next AGM

There were more first-time home buyers in 2016 than at any time since the start of the financial crisis, according to research by Halifax bank. It also found the average price of a first home in the UK broke through the £200,000 barrier for the first time. The Halifax First-Time Buyer Review said the number of buyers entering the market hit 335,750 last year, up 7.3% on 2015. That is the highest level since the start of the financial crisis in 2007, and 75% higher than the all-time low of 192,300 first-time purchases seen in 2008. Halifax housing economist Martin Ellis attributed the increase in first-time buyer numbers to continuing low mortgage rates and high levels of employment which had "supported the market"BBC news

Excellent trading statements from the two largest house builders TW and BDEV, putting to bed overdone Brexit concerns. Should see a good rise here.

Been buying here. Plenty of housing stocks rallying nicely of late. Have numbers from BDEV and TW. next week too - sector seems to be in demand again.

Chart finally breaking out and forming a nice trend too. Looking for a move back up to test at least 70 initially.

Climbing nicely now as common sense returns.

Back to 100p this year for sure.
