15/7/2016 16:17 | I love these smug, look at me, posts from smarm! | darlocst
15/7/2016 15:59 | INL was a good hold during 2015 and I sold when chart went over cliff earlier this year. I bought back after Brexit madness and am currently up 26% on that trade. My technique is to trade what I see and not what I, or anyone else thinks. What about you...how are you coping - or how have you coped with Brexit? S | smarm
15/7/2016 14:16 | smarm....the reason I mentioned it was to suggest...better to kick the ball not the player as I prefer to concentrate on whether Inland is a good investment or not. Do you have any insight on the company or its assets ? | davidosh
14/7/2016 07:31 | you're welcome | alter ego
14/7/2016 07:28 | Thank you alter ego | shanklin
14/7/2016 06:30 | Martin, I presume he is using an estimate of nav from these people | alter ego
14/7/2016 06:00 | alter ego Who or what is Stifel please? | shanklin
13/7/2016 20:15 | great, then happy to hold on for lots more DYOR etc | qs99
13/7/2016 16:57 | He's quoting Stifel on that, Martin | alter ego
13/7/2016 16:39 | Thank you Alter Ego I wonder how ST can possibly know that? :-) Cheers, Martin | shanklin
13/7/2016 15:54 | Shanklin, ST quotes EPRA nav at 93p now. | alter ego
13/7/2016 15:26 | Frustratingly I only made a small top-up at sub 48p on 7th July. Sub 50p valuation was clearly an anomaly and only wish I had taken some more! | norbert colon
13/7/2016 15:02 | alter ego Thank you for your comments. In their last results they stated they stated: "EPRA net asset value of 84.4 pence per share" which given the way it is calculated should be a very conservative estimate of the NAV, so I was very surprised the share price got below 50p. Cheers, Martin | shanklin
13/7/2016 14:49 | It's subscription only so I'm not going to post verbatim but, he highlights the recent purchase of land in Cheshunt as an example of the "lucrative investment opportunities Inland is exploiting" He also says there's substantial value in their land bank and quotes finnCap as believing they are capable of generating annual sales of 300-500 plots worth £30m at 50% margin. He adds that they are at a substantial discount to NAV and that he thinks the slowdown in the housing market implied by the share price is "massively overblown" link for online access | alter ego
13/7/2016 14:34 | What did ST have to say today please? | shanklin
13/7/2016 14:34 | david - it is my observation that he gets a lot wrong. I don't care how many people follow his blog....it doesn't mean he is right in his analysis. And I am not saying that you or I are important or valuable. I know him...he's a very nice bloke but I caution people that in my opinion he gets a lot wrong. S | smarm
13/7/2016 14:15 | smarm 8 Jul'16 - 12:59 - 1665 of 1680 1 0 Surprised anyone interested in what Paul Scott has to say - has nobody noticed he's wrong more than he's right. Smarm.....I am not so sure what evidence you can possibly have for that misleading assumption but so far he is certainly correct on Inland. Furthermore his morning blog is read by 10000 or so investors every day so his comments are probably seen and viewed as more valuable and important than you or I. Frankly it is strange that you are wanting to put him down in such a way ! | davidosh
13/7/2016 13:19 | tipped today by Simon Thompson in the IC | alter ego
13/7/2016 13:10 | Wow really motoring now | qs99
13/7/2016 11:57 | DT1010 - 7 Jul'16 - 1655: 40-45p target here. Been right so far ;)) DT1010 - 12 Jul'16 - 1673: So can we see this normalising back to 75p on a rate cut, ECB European banking bail out and further QE from the BOE? Probably. 75-80p it is. LOL - you couldn't make it up. What a prat ! | masurenguy
13/7/2016 11:13 | Interesting but shares still motoring along! | qs99
13/7/2016 07:25 | Thanks Shanklin | hawaly
13/7/2016 06:55 | This was a previous article on the same dispute, so just to be clear it was Vantage which claimed to be owed £4.2m by INL. | shanklin
12/7/2016 17:42 | Surprise surprise !!! | yupawiese2010
12/7/2016 09:09 | Nice timing, cough ;) So can we see this normalising back to 75p on a rate cut, ECB European banking bail out and further QE from the BOE? Probably. 75-80p it is. | dt1010 |
