Infrastructure India plc, an AIM quoted infrastructure fund investing directly into assets in India, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 March 2016 were today posted to shareholders together with a notice convening an annual general meeting ("AGM") of the Company to be held at the Company's registered office at IOMA House, Hope Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1AP on 28 September 2016 at 1.30pm.
