Extraordinary General Meeting - Forms of Proxy

Industrial Multi Property Trust PLC (the "Company") announces that it has received complaints from Shareholders that they have been sent alternative forms of proxy in relation to the EGM to be held on 19 January 2017 which had already been pre-completed to vote in line with the recommendations of Alpha Real Trust Limited ("Alpha Real Trust").

The Independent Directors are dismayed that Alpha Real Trust has taken such extraordinary steps to arrange the circulation of alternative, pre-completed forms of proxy and the Independent Directors have received clear legal advice that these forms should not be accepted by the Company's registrars. Such legal advice was shared with Alpha Real Trust on 9 January 2017.

The Company is committed to ensuring that the decisions taken at the EGM are arrived at fairly. All Shareholders have been sent a form of proxy by the Company which allows Shareholders to vote 'for' and 'against' the resolutions to be considered and has appointed the Company's registrars to receive and collate such forms so as to protect the integrity of the voting process.

Accordingly, the Independent Directors urge shareholders to ignore any communications sent to them by Alpha Real Trust.
