Egm passes return of cash ..to b sent out by month end.

One listed investment has to b held until late nxt yr..but looking at ways to sell earlier...also in discussions to sell stakes in unlisted ...but spring nxt year earliest. etc etc

I have been looking at the re-purchase arrangements and can't make up my mind what they mean.

They will be using USD cash ($147m) less a retention (< $1m given that this is the threashold for future purchases?)

I can't see anywhere a) how many shares, or b) at what price !?!?

Can anyone enlighten me?

Update issued today....cash balance has moved up considerably
