02/4/2014 07:59 | As the Chairman said in the September Interims ; " Against this challenging backdrop we expect to continue our revenue growth but, to fuel this, we will be investing in additional targeted resource which will slow the rate of translation into profit." A pretax profit would have been nice but so far we are getting what we were told we would......if only all my other companies did the same. 23% Revenue growth is to be applauded and no doubt the increased spend on targeted resources will help drive continued growth. | fugwit
02/4/2014 07:53 | Outlook statement a bit iffy, but I thought the figures were good. If you are in this for the medium term, I'd say this was right on track. I'd rather they stay cautious than over promise. It is clear there will be bumps along the way but story backed up with solid figures IMO. | stewy_18
02/4/2014 07:50 | Time to talk to 3M about selling the ip? | drsmessguide
02/4/2014 07:47 | Jam tomorrow again, same old story.... | davethehorse
02/4/2014 07:24 | It was an April fool I'm afraid, price will dive today as the results contain the infamous 'results weighted to 2nd half' comment for current year. | sundance 13
02/4/2014 07:23 | Figures very close to your targets adam and davidosh... Highlights -- Turnover for the year increased by 23% to GBP2,062k (2012: GBP1,673k) -- Gross profit rose 21% to GBP1,163k (2012: GBP960k) reflecting sustained operating margins -- Post-tax loss reduced to GBP77k (2012: GBP164k) -- Cash inflow for the year GBP57k (2012: outflow GBP50k) with year end cash and cash equivalents standing at GBP1,635k (2012: GBP1,578k) reflecting improved trading, tight control of working capital and significant cash flow benefit from long-term support contract -- Successful launch as distributor for ATOM product ranges in the UK market resulted in an 11% contribution to sales revenues -- Industrial business orders for standard products grew by over 64% compared to 2012 Commenting on the outlook, Mark Abrahams, Chairman of Inditherm, said: "We expect our underlying growth in sales to continue, albeit that the uneven order flow pattern will persist. This year, given the current level of active enquiries, we anticipate income to be biased towards the second half. Inevitably this creates some uncertainty over the rate of progress we can achieve. We are applying our strengthened resources towards accelerating growth." | battlebus2
01/4/2014 22:43 | Well if its not positive tomorrow it's going to take a serious dive in SP, fingers crossed for holders | davethehorse
01/4/2014 22:30 | AdamB1978....I will also be happy with £2.1m revenues as that would be over 25% growth in H2 and if that is repeated plus a bit more in 2014 we will all be happy shareholders. | davidosh
01/4/2014 20:50 | Any results where EBIT>0 will be good if you ask me. Whilst they eeked out a tiny profit in the interims, they also alluded to greater investment in opex. I would like turnover > £2.1m and EBIT > 0 | adamb1978
01/4/2014 20:46 | Yep, lets hope someone knows something and has bought in | adamb1978
01/4/2014 16:31 | Looks like a little bit of last minute buying ahead of the results. Has ended the month of sideways movement. Let's hope they have something nice to say tomorrow now. | greenroom78
28/3/2014 19:41 | Price has been stationary for a month, maybe the results will lead to some movement (up hopefully). | greenroom78
28/3/2014 13:52 | Results Wednesday. Any Foolish predictions? ^ | stewy_18
28/2/2014 21:59 | Good luck with that | ipod30gb
28/2/2014 16:25 | I have been addng a few more over the last few days. I think the share price will start to pick up as move closer to the final results day. | morwood
26/2/2014 09:22 | I think the board are keen to let the numbers quietly show what is being achieved here. There are no forecasts out there so without market expectations many small companies tend to avoid updating the market at set times. They will claim if you do it once then shareholders expect it at the same time every year. I will be happy to see steady growth year on year from now on in the knowledge that the high margin and operational gearing with no debt will deliver over the next two to three years. | davidosh
26/2/2014 09:05 | They have never had need to advertise via a trading statement in the past, I hoped they would be singing from the rooftops this year! | drsmessguide
21/2/2014 16:04 | I can't see that IDM have ever issued a separate trading statement so I'm not expecting one this year. | impvesta
21/2/2014 15:53 | Yes saw that impvesta, hoped for a trading statement with the date | drsmessguide
21/2/2014 15:44 | Final results due 2nd April: | impvesta
21/2/2014 15:44 | Prob be the usual bland type of statement they are famous for - nothing exciting but very steady and slow progress | davethehorse
21/2/2014 15:39 | That's what I would hope for, then if they are good you get a double whammy, rise on trading update, rise on results. I sold a few today as I suspect unremarkable results | drsmessguide
21/2/2014 15:37 | Drsmessguide - if they don't know by 21 February whether they need to put a we are ahead statement out or not for y/e 31 December then I don't think you would want to be invested in the company. Having said all that according to refs there are no forecasts out in the market place anyway - so I cant see how they could ever give any update as there is no benchmark to be ahead or behind of! all they could do is say trading is fine and we expect to report sales of x and profits of y subject to audit etc. | felix99
21/2/2014 14:45 | Does anyone know when we are due an update from Inditherm? | sjl301
07/2/2014 13:35 | We need an rns this month saying sales will exceed market expectations , year end was 31st December, they ought to have the figures on hand by now and anything over a 10% divergence should be upgraded, come on IDM, something in the next week or two or just meeting expectations, not clear what those are as it is not followed by a broker | drsmessguide |
