22/5/2008 12:40 | just noticed this slide - dear oh dear! - as you say stuart - couldn't sell even if we wanted too - i too am tempted to make a 4p offer! - I too have sworn to keep away from aim stocks! sitting on my hands! | chuckycheese
22/5/2008 12:38 | I reckon there is at least a 100k overhang, plus whatever this person has. Shame Tchenguiz can't just take them but I think he has enough! | stuart14
22/5/2008 12:35 | Stuart Looks like no takers. Trouble is who knows how many the seller has. Clearly they need out in a hurry. | the big fella
22/5/2008 12:34 | I'm so tempted to put an offer in for 200k at 4p. Don't really want the stock but if it clears out this persistent seller it would be worth it! | stuart14
22/5/2008 11:55 | Just not sure I want anymore!!! I've promised myself no more AIM shares, no matter how attractive they are. These guys still have £1.7 million cash, with a market cap of £800k! Ridiculous. | stuart14
22/5/2008 11:51 | Must be a forced seller so you could probably name your price. | the big fella
22/5/2008 11:46 | Doesn't sound like many people did. Bit of a shame. They said details went out to holders but it seems that anyone holding through a nominee account missed out. Still no trades showing yet. Sounds like the MM's have a sell order to clear and are trying to shift the stock. | stuart14
22/5/2008 11:42 | Unfortunately the same applies to me. I din't know the AGM was today either? | the big fella
22/5/2008 11:28 | Sad eh. Just found out they had their AGM this morning, so there could be games afoot. All resolutions were passed, and they are apparently still progressing their plan. They still expect to have 6-8 restaurants by year end. I couldn't sell my lot if i tried so am sitting it out. | stuart14
22/5/2008 11:02 | Interesting. Online limits: buy 100k @ 8.51p sell 500 : 8.5 So if I wanted to top up it seems every sell knocks about 1p off this. 100K has consistently been availbale on line ever since I can remember. So maybe 4 or 5 2.5k sales and I can then buy the 100k for about 4p!!! | the big fella
22/5/2008 10:49 | Yes your 5p target fast approaching. | the big fella
22/5/2008 10:44 | This was sadly inevitable with the MM at 8.5p for a while now. Only needed 1 seller to knock the price. Damn depressing. Hopefully they'll get these deals done soon and will start marketing the Co. | stuart14
16/5/2008 09:51 | Fair enough. To be honestly i'd struggle to buy more, but that sort of price would make it less painful. I'd spoken to management a lot. They've got a plan, and are implementing it. If they can put 2-3 new restaurants together before year end they'll start to roadshow the business. Fund managers etc will be a lot more open to a group with 6+ sites, rather than 3. Tchenguiz is still 100% comitted too. | stuart14
16/5/2008 09:46 | As I have said before I am not willing to buy any more until Directors show their commitment by putting their hands in their pocket. NTV is quite right that as things stand we have been "screwed" as the share price is half what it was on day of suspension. However lets see what they make of it. We will either do extremely well or lose the lot. Until I see management are capable of successful delivery of the business plan I am on the fence. | the big fella
16/5/2008 09:39 | I'll double up then!! | stuart14
16/5/2008 09:39 | NTV You have been negative ever since the deal. Why didn't you sell? If you drop them now we should be able to get this down to about 5p. | the big fella
16/5/2008 09:39 | They cannot sell the shares issued from the deal below 26p, so you can't count them yet! | stuart14
16/5/2008 09:33 | strictly not true on a fully diluted basis and you know that tbf we were screwed | ntv
15/5/2008 09:57 | They are at a > 50% discount to cash held and the business is profitable. Would like to see a Director mop up the overhang but unfortunately they can't at present. Therefore can some other brave soul kindly do the honours? | the big fella
14/5/2008 11:55 | Someone buy some shares, that will prove the point!!! | stuart14
14/5/2008 11:47 | Thats Rubbish spoke to two CEO this morning there is nothing to confirm this story from Barclays. Infact the company is very active on a number of new issues. | johnma
10/5/2008 00:52 | Barclays stockbrokers says the share are suspended. Dont like the sound of this. Anybody got any info? | cottlet
24/4/2008 12:03 | Exactly!! (Sorry for the delayed reply!) | stuart14 |
