Have a mind to report Haresh to the authorities. Raising money across all his listed companies with the sole intention of blowing it away on salaries and expenses. Today's little cash injection brings along with a new non-exec director. So there is another 30k heading to his mate from Brainspark. Its horrific the amount of money Haresh has lost across all the listed companies he is involved with. The reverse takeover they did here was bordering on the criminal in the amount they paid for a very poor group of businesses. Horrible smell to this.

they have to pay trade creditors and borrowings out of that etc
is the last resturants really worth £1.4m of goodwill

The results were bad news after bad news, yep i guess they'll limp on for another year before giving up the ghost.

Looking forward to seeing the Annual Report to see how much directors are getting paid to run this into the ground. Well done.

Sold my last 200,000 of these yesterday @ 2.37p.

They have done nothing since I met with them 3 years ago, except close 1 restaurant and pay themself very nice salaries.

Went past Mela in Shaftsbury ave today - its had a mjor uplift on the Decor.
