Inchcape plc ('Inchcape' or the 'Group'), today announces that after seven years as a Non-Executive Director of the Group, Alison Cooper has decided to step down with effect from 28 February 2017.
Alison has been a Non-Executive Director of Inchcape since July 2009 and is member of the Audit and Nomination Committees.
Ken Hanna, Chairman said:
"During the seven years that Alison has been with the Group she has brought an extremely valuable perspective to the Board's deliberations and has helped us develop and execute on our strategy globally.
