At IHGP John Ferree holds a total of 12,000,000 Ordinary Shares or 0.28% of the company issued share capital, this offers comforted for my own holdings.. Is this an income waiting to be made?. The issue of equity at a discounted price is the reason for the marking down of In House plc share price.. A buying opportunity is on offer..

emergin: The media has informed us that House prices have now traded up over the last four months. So I have turned my attention to the housing market.. I found In House Group plc ticker code AIM-IMGP the share price is trading at 0.02p I brought a shed load of shares which I will hold for short term gain. The company has just The Company has agreed private placements of new Ordinary Shares of 0.001p ('Ordinary Shares') totalling £443,000 that will be settled over the next 5 months with the first tranche of £51,350 having been received and 489,047,619 Ordinary Shares issued at 0.0105p per share, being a 65% discount on the current bid price, as a result. The remaining tranches will also result in Ordinary Shares being issued at a 65% discount on the bid price on the preset dates of settlement (within a collar price of 0.007p and a cap price of 0.014p). The appropriate announcements will be made after each settlement date and subsequent share issue. In addition, the placees have also been granted warrants on a one for one basis, priced at the same price as the shares to which they relate, exercisable at any date up to 30 June 2012. These funds will be used to settle outstanding creditors, provide additional working capital and finance upgrades to some of the Group's property stock to enhance its rental yield and realisable value.

jaknife: MAROFEX, Do you understand how to read accounts? It's just that the company is barely a going concern, which partially explains why the share price is at an all time low. It is on the brink of insolvency. So you'll forgive me if I simply ignore your vacuous comments because they are complete slobblox! JakNife

jaknife: It's a perfect illustration of how punters get ripped off. Right now there'll be mugs out there buying this junk after listening to the dulcet tones of some "broker" but the reality of the fact is that the share price is completely artificial - it's where it is solely because someone is holding it there but not actually genuinely making a market at/near that price. As soon as the recently issued shares have been dumped then the price will be permitted to drop!

dorset64: so tell me guys, how does this work then, the rns is times at 09.56am and the price hadn't moved. The share price ticked up at 10.15 and really really jumped at 10.50am. Are these advfn charts all wrong or how can they release a rns stating 'movement in share price', some 54 minutes before it actually happened and really took off. For those that have had a punt here, well done to you brave souls. Dotset

jaknife: The only conclusion can be that they expect to have to issue more shares at some point in the future and that they expect the current nominal share price to be a barrier to that share issue. Of late, the standard for certain small-cap AIM stocks is: 1. The share gets ramped on bulletin boards, 2. Spurious announcements are made by the company 3. The share price mysteriously rises by a significant amount 4. Brokers of low repute (eg the likes of Pacific Continental and Square Mile Securities, both of whom are now in liquidation after being closed down by the FSA) call up investors ramping the company and getting mug punters to buy at a price just below the then market price. 5. A deeply discounted placing is announced well below the then market price. The brokers of low repute buy their shares in the placing and get paid a big fat commission for conning their customers into buying the shares. Of course this only happens with some smal-cap stocks and IHGP may not be one of them! JakNife

n s fletcher: CW why not forget about the company for two years and then come back and see thereafter. Same thing. The company is doing its business as promised, regardless of the share price. If holders want to sell then so be it. The share price isnt dictating what the company is doing - the company is getting on with business regardless. Thats how it should be. What the share price does is beyound their control. Let the future results do the talking. If the results show they are back on track and onto profitability the share price will be revalued accordingly. In the mean time, do as you have implied, forget about the company an come back in two years time.
