|marofex: 10K INVESTED ON THIS SINCE 2006 , DESPITE THE CURRENT SHARE PRICE I AM STILL 1000% CONFIDENT THAT IT WILL COME OUT A WINNER|
Do you understand how to read accounts? It's just that the company is barely a going concern, which partially explains why the share price is at an all time low. It is on the brink of insolvency.
So you'll forgive me if I simply ignore your vacuous comments because they are complete slobblox!
|jaknife: It's a perfect illustration of how punters get ripped off. Right now there'll be mugs out there buying this junk after listening to the dulcet tones of some "broker" but the reality of the fact is that the share price is completely artificial - it's where it is solely because someone is holding it there but not actually genuinely making a market at/near that price.
As soon as the recently issued shares have been dumped then the price will be permitted to drop!|
|dorset64: so tell me guys, how does this work then, the rns is times at 09.56am and the price hadn't moved.
The share price ticked up at 10.15 and really really jumped at 10.50am. Are these advfn charts all wrong or how can they release a rns stating 'movement in share price', some 54 minutes before it actually happened and really took off.
For those that have had a punt here, well done to you brave souls.
|cyberpost: Movement in Share Price (IN House)
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
9 July 2008
In House Group plc
("In House" or the "Company")
Statement regarding share price movement
The Board of In House notes the recent rise in the Company's share price and
confirms that it has received an approach from a third party that may lead to
an offer being made for the Company (the "Approach"). The Approach is
preliminary in nature and there can be no certainty that an offer will
ultimately be forthcoming.
In relation to this announcement, shareholders are advised to take no action in
relation to their shareholdings in the Company. A further announcement will be
made in due course as appropriate.|
|jaknife: The only conclusion can be that they expect to have to issue more shares at some point in the future and that they expect the current nominal share price to be a barrier to that share issue.
Of late, the standard for certain small-cap AIM stocks is:
1. The share gets ramped on bulletin boards,
2. Spurious announcements are made by the company
3. The share price mysteriously rises by a significant amount
4. Brokers of low repute (eg the likes of Pacific Continental and Square Mile Securities, both of whom are now in liquidation after being closed down by the FSA) call up investors ramping the company and getting mug punters to buy at a price just below the then market price.
5. A deeply discounted placing is announced well below the then market price.
The brokers of low repute buy their shares in the placing and get paid a big fat commission for conning their customers into buying the shares.
Of course this only happens with some smal-cap stocks and IHGP may not be one of them!

why not forget about the company for two years and then come back and see thereafter. Same thing.
The company is doing its business as promised, regardless of the share price. If holders want to sell then so be it. The share price isnt dictating what the company is doing - the company is getting on with business regardless. Thats how it should be. What the share price does is beyound their control. Let the future results do the talking. If the results show they are back on track and onto profitability the share price will be revalued accordingly. In the mean time, do as you have implied, forget about the company an come back in two years time.|
