well, they've talked long enough about new income sources and Justin the M&A man has been in a while now.

The Company has been notified by two key shareholders, Mr Bruce Judge and Mr
Greg Litster, that they have increased their shareholdings in the Group.
Following the purchase of shares Mr Judge now holds 198,250 ordinary shares in
the Group, representing approximately 8.92% of the issued share capital and Mr
Litster now holds 144,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 6.47% of
the issued share capital.

Seems the new non-exec Justin Bates deals with IPOs as a matter of course - I guess / hope he has been brought in to reverse a private company into these.
