14/7/2011 15:30 | I think if the seller continues, and if I don't buy any, we could be looking at a ridiculous valuation soon - perhaps 40p | bozzy_s
14/7/2011 15:29 | Problem is NO-ONE has been buying for months, except me and a couple of teeny weeny other trades. So a tiny sell without anyone buying leads to this. | bozzy_s
14/7/2011 15:26 | looks like a forced seller. | still waiting
14/7/2011 15:15 | Coming back towards a tempting top-up price | bozzy_s
06/7/2011 17:53 | I'd like to know who sold 2500 shares 4 minutes after I reported the interim EPS figure was wrong. Bit opportunist and should have waited for better long-term returns. | bozzy_s
06/7/2011 16:25 | unless they've misquoted NAV value will be released here. guys from overseas have no chance of seeing a return here otherwise... | still waiting
29/6/2011 15:09 | On a slightly more positive note the full results can be seen below in pdf format. Click on Impact 2011 group accounts (full document .pdf). Very detailed and shows that earnings should be £47k higher next year due to one final amortisation charge due this year on software development. So we could be looking at £350k-£375k FY12 earnings. That's a P/E of 6 with 2.22m shares in issue at market value £1. Still want an answer re interim EPS. | bozzy_s
29/6/2011 14:51 | It is NOT irrelevant SW! Part of my reason for investing here was the apparently low P/E ratio. To discover today the company announced the WRONG EPS figure in their interims is inexcusable. It means the bullet-points at the top of the results are totally misleading. I have emailed to ask for an explanation. | bozzy_s
29/6/2011 14:48 | EPS is irrelevant here.. MV is way too low when compared with NAV... expect a new venture to be reveresed into this to create value.. | still waiting
29/6/2011 14:18 | Logged on to see RED and a RNS release. I feared something horrible then I read the results. They're absolutely fine. Increased profitability in H2 and growing. | bozzy_s
29/6/2011 14:02 | was quoted 102.5p earlier but may wait to see if mm's continue the drop.. | still waiting
29/6/2011 11:28 | Well I am very happy with the results. Profit increased in H2 and based on that we could expect £350k for current year. And did everyone notice that working capital has been reduced very nicely. Much lower trade debtors than at interim stage. No trades today and I think the MMs are trying a little trick by turning the share price red. The results are good and NAV is up to £3.38 per share being made up of cash, net trade debtors, company HQ building and a relatively small amount of intangibles. I'm surprised that no-one has tested the MMs to buy at 100p today. | ihuk dyor
29/6/2011 08:30 | H1 profit £139K H2 profit £162K so increasing earnings as well.. | still waiting
29/6/2011 08:28 | it may well tick up later... just need 1 buy and they'll run for cover... a new business injected into this would release massive shareholder value... | still waiting
29/6/2011 08:23 | Well the spread is the lowest for months, lol | dovetale
29/6/2011 08:13 | Net Assets of £4.8m must be close to making their acquisitions now as well. | still waiting
29/6/2011 08:05 | an early morning shake. must be news coming. | still waiting
28/6/2011 13:39 | SW - IHUK's policy was to consolidate /acquire legal practices once the rules changed - should see some action on this now. Would enhance earnings significantly imho Good numbers from PCF today - IHUK has always been better managed and more entrepreneurial than PCF so I expect IHUK to report better numbers / stronger growth next month ;) | grlz
28/6/2011 08:26 | rules have just changed in the sector to allow legal practices to be owned by non-legally qualified entities. we do afterall lend to the bigger practices, why not start to consolidate them and strip out duplicated costs, one of the largest shareholders has his own legal practice does he not.... | still waiting
28/6/2011 02:33 | Cor I think that is very far fetched SW! More likely is RTO due to the £2m cash and £6m of tax losses on balance sheet. Or eventually fair value is reached based on net tangible asset value plus PE of 6. That would be around £6m, more than 400% of the current share price | bozzy_s |
