11/7/2014 08:50 | I took advantage of the mini spike to sell half my holding and put it into BATS. IMT has been undervalued relative to BATS but I think the gap has narrowed so I've spread my money across both horses, difficult to tell which will beat the other - but in the long term, both will win relative to the rest of the market I suspect. | danieldruff2
11/7/2014 08:43 | Seems like IMT might finally get a slice of the action in the USA and the market seems to like the idea. Diversification definately on the back burner for now it seems, and probably no special divi either ha ha. | losos
04/7/2014 06:28 | Thanks; missed that. | philo124
03/7/2014 22:34 | Big rise...any ideas? | shutittrev
12/6/2014 12:44 | I certainly see a need for diversification aweay from tobacco products. In the short term, developing countries may (unfortunately) provide a demand and in developed countries e-cigarettes may satisfy local demand but in the long term the majority are going to get weaned off tobacco and nicotine so either they have to return cash to investors or look for pastures new. | bouleversee
11/6/2014 11:16 | PHILO124 / lochgarman - Would also be nice if we had a tiny 'special' divi ha ha. More seriously, Logista might have been a start to diversification, do either of you see the need for IMT to diversify away from the tobacco industry ? Just interested to know what others think about this. | losos
10/6/2014 21:08 | They may gain up to 720 million...not to be sniffed at. Would be nice if they used it to pay off debt and kill a few more shares. | lochgarman
10/6/2014 06:32 | Logista float. | philo124
22/5/2014 14:06 | Right. That's me done. One year low to three year high. I'm out. Good luck to the rest of you! | zcaprd7
22/5/2014 12:00 | Nearly there... | zcaprd7
17/5/2014 11:15 | Thanks; I think we will go through that high soon. | philo124
17/5/2014 10:52 | I believe it closed around 2719p a few years ago. | irenekent
17/5/2014 10:16 | Is this an all time high? | philo124
13/5/2014 06:33 | Also talk of M&A in the sector. | philo124
12/5/2014 20:47 | Yes, my broker said £28 next stop first thing this am. | philo124
12/5/2014 16:59 | More shares purchased. Looks like a break out, hopefully some swing traders will push it higher. Looking for £28 target now... | zcaprd7
12/5/2014 07:37 | Are we finally breaking out? | zcaprd7
10/5/2014 10:35 | They must be getting close to the limit for holding shares in treasury and will have to actually cancel some. Unless, of course, they decide to put them to good use by awarding them to the key cogs for their enterprise and initiative on behalf of the company. | fabius1
09/5/2014 18:52 | Interesting price action today? Looked like some tried to play the breakout? Got sold off again though... | zcaprd7
09/5/2014 14:49 | They must be getting close to the limit for holding shares in treasury and will have to actually cancel some. | miata
09/5/2014 12:26 | If they can shrink the size of the company through buybacks quicker than the underlying tobacco market shrinks, then shareholders win. They are currently buying back about 2% of the company per year. | danieldruff2 |
