I'm out for a small profit here.

Revenue is going to miss by 10 to 15 percent, so presumably profit will be a worse miss than that.

Price seems to be holding up well, I guess that rating was already fairly low, but this looks ex growth now.

Old products always die off faster than management anticipates and new ones take longer to grow. Trading is profitable, cash flow is positive and there is cash in the bank. The share price got pushed too high and disappointment had the usual effect of walloping the price. It will take time to restore confidence and there may be a bid in the meantime. If there is, let us hope that it is a trade buyer paying full wack, not private equity cutting management in on the deal and talking the price down. As I said in an earlier post, I have followed this company for some years but didn't buy until the price came down to sensible levels this year. I am now happy to sit tight.

expected a reaction like this tho not as large. I guess more were spooked by the news than I thought but I guess the market is a bit jumpier than me at the moment.

Give it a week and buyers will return imo.

Quite a few directors have headed out the door here over the last few years, three this year. The board room seems to have a revolving door, all needless and usually expensive distractions to getting on with the job.

The drop today is probably due to the CFO giving notice.

However, its not like he is leaving today, he is giving 6 months notice. People are allowed to move jobs rather than stay put forever.

Still shows that market sentiment is still rock bottom as people sh1t themselves at the slightest thing these days.
