I assume this is the same Robert Terry who as a director sold his stock in QPP (currently suspended) in some convoluted transaction on shorting and subsequently resigned and who now is likely to be pursued by the FCA on presiding over irregular accounting practices? (See QPP RNS's)

Two further RNS's from IMTK this morning with Rob Terry still buying IMTK and thereby increasing his stake in IMTK towards the magical 29.99%

That's basicly what I suggested earlier. He could be using it as a 'Shell' to reverse something else into it. Cheap way of getting a stock market listing.

I would have thought there were more static and cheaper companies available for that though than IMTK.

Thanks for the Insight, all very interesting I have to say.... I have to say it would seem very odd if he was just interested in holding a small stake.You would assume he was thinking of a reverse take over..... He is using DAN as the broker to purchase these shares which he holds 10% in.Will be interesting to watch this week unfold

Yes, seems I was at least part right.

Hargreaves Hale are the other big shareholder besides MC, and they've obviously been happy (or at least willing) to take 7p or so for their shares.

Equally, it seems Terry wasn't prepared to approach them and take the whole of their 20M which he presumably could have easily got for 10p. Why should he when he can buy them in the market for less?

More RNSs due methinks.

25p! In your dreams. That was over 2 years ago, and there's been a lot of water under the bridge since then. Not to mention 4B shares issued. 10p and a golden handshake for Matt Cooper should see it well gone.

Anyway, it's all speculation for now. Let's wait and see.

It looks like he bought pretty much everything on Friday, and I'd guess the same is true of yesterday, so we can look forward to another RNS. Bit late for PIs to be buying surely - momentum traders who didn't spot it when it first appeared out of the blue at the top of the gainers chart are hardly likely to be tempted now.

The only question seems to be does Terry want just a stake or the whole lot? I really can't see the point to him of owning 29% of this, so I imagine sooner or later he'll offer for the lot. 10p should do it easily...
